I've purchased many guitars and basses here, in I got a Squire Jazz Bass for under a dollars, an Ibanez gio for under and a Gibson Sg Traditional for out the door. All of them have been lovely axes and the managers have been great about meeting me in prices when possible. The other locations have also all been great, feeding my constant urge to buy more guitar equipment.

The young lady behind the counter was so very nice and professional! It's about time that I actually had someone at a retail store of any type who was working there to be helpful. She alone will be the main reason for my return. The prices seemed to be a bit on the higher side but I hope that there would be a decent amount of "haggle" room. Nice inventory and a mellow setting. Just picked up something small but she did not try to sell us on anything we didn't ask about...NICE!

I ended up stopping in here solely based on the reviews I saw on Google…and they were extremely accurate! I was helped by a Joan (pronounced John) and a Justin. They could not have been more helpful or professional or personable, they even worked with me on a piece that I really wanted to purchase! I cannot stress how great of an environment this is, not your typical pawn shop where what they offer is what you get. They will spend all the time they need with you going over options, payment time-frames, etc. Honestly the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a pawnshop. I now have a gorgeous tennis bracelet on layaway that I cannot wait to pick up! Thank you both Joan and Justin, y’all have another happy customer!

We had an incredible experience working with Howard to create a custom engagement ring. I fell in love with a vintage ring I saw online and he brought the vision to life in the best way possible. Adam helped me to understand more about design as it relates to durability and gave wonderful suggestions for style. Howard was incredibly receptive to feedback all throughout the design process and I love my ring so much! The price was extremely fair and the turnaround time was super quick.

The employees here are beyond amazing. Dani provided outstanding customer service and he was incredibly kind. Dani also went out his way to nicely wrap our purchase. For a week My mother and I had been searching for the perfect chain and crucifix for my brother and Dani helped us find the perfect one in no time. The quality and variety of the jewelry was above my expectations. We will definitely be returning customers.

So content with the service I received at this place. The lady that assisted me was so kind and very helpful. The price offered for what I brought in seemed very good. I brought in a high school ring that was k gold, a k gold ring plated with my name, and a k plated necklace with my name and for the 3 items I was offered $ seemed great considering they were just collecting dust in my closet. Was looking to rebuild my credit so a friend of mine recommended for me to go to Prestigio. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I looked up the location off of Franklin blvd. When I entered the store it was beautiful! They had a huge selection of jewelry. I ended up buying a Gold Chain since they were having a blowout sale at the time and their prices were great! I had an engagement ring that needed to be fixed from a previous jeweler. The opal had turned black and needed a new stone. I had it sized and the previous jeweler did a horrible job fuzing it together. I brought it here and they put in a new opal, fixed the place it was fuzed together and polished it up. Seeing the final result made me want to cry. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for restoring my ring to perfection.
