I absolutely loved the service from Eric. He was very knowledgeable about phone specs, prices, and any question that I asked he was prepared to assist me immediately. My transition from T-Mobile to Verizon could have been a tedious time consuming process, but I’m glad I chose this store because it was as smooth as possible. Plus Eric and Alexis have great personalities that made the time fly. Thanks for your time!!

I appreciate Shawn and his honesty as he fixed two laptops in 8 days for me. I brought my school laptop to him in terrible condition. He explained all the options for fixing it and never pressured me into doing some ridiculous and expensive repairs. He restored my laptop so I brought a second laptop for repair and he did a great job on that one as well. I also purchased a used laptop from him in great condition. I could not have asked for a better experience. I know a little bit about computers but he made everything easy to understand and his prices were fair. I will definitely use him again.
