I was at the annual Sunday FunDay event in Citrus Heights when I ran into the Creative Impressions Plants booth. They had such a great collection of plants, jewelry, aroma therapy pillows, and more. I ended up purchasing two lovely necklaces along with two of the therapy pillows which smell amazing and really helped me when I had trouble sleeping. I’m definitely going to have to go and purchase some of their beautifully potted succulents next time.

I have worked with Max since and he has always delivered as expected. I have often thrown him some curve balls and he has always been able to deliver. During the pandemic we remained open for almost a year before shutting down. During that time we have augmented our services numerous times. Max again was able to orchestrate the changes. Max is my point guy but he also has a great people that support him from top down. Desiree has been a great help in setting up our Holiday decorations and support Max and I on day to day operations. I look forward to many years partnering with them.

My first experience with Twiggs, was when a dear friend sent me an arrangement for the birth of my daughter. The arrangement was breath taking and had unique elements that made it incredibly memorable. Now when I need a floral arrangement that is going to make a elegant statement this is my florist of choice. I have always had flowers delivered by them and today visited the location instead. Upon entering, the store made an impression of beauty and I was greeted immediately. The employee was very friendly and after I shared the price point I was looking for she directed me towards three arrangements. Once I chose the one I liked, I was able to exchange the roses for a different color and she took it in the back to spruce up the arrangement. I went on my way to the hospital, and while I tried to make my way across the street with flowers in hand and daughter’s hand in the other, I dropped the arrangement. I collected the flowers, returned to the store and asked if I could purchase a new vase. Twiggs went above and beyond by not only providing a new vase but rearranged the flowers back to the original beautiful presentation. Thank you Twiggs, this very friendly gesture made a very stressful day much easier. I will continue to be a customer for life. Extending my review from one year ago, I continue to be impressed with the florals and the customer service of Twiggs. My most recent experience was with sending florals to my mom. I described over the phone that I wanted neutral (white or cream) flowers with greenery and would love for them to have a fall feel. I quoted my price range and knew that Twiggs would deliver as usual. They again went above and beyond delivering the flowers the same day and presenting an absolutely beautiful arrangement that received compliments from the nurses and most importantly brightened my mom's day.

Kim is an extremely talented and knowledgable individual who I trust completely with all my business and personal needs for interior and exterior plant design. She really knows how to make a space come to life!

Ok, let's start with the staff. Absolutely amazing helpful people who actually care! They also have classes Bonsai, Terrariums and many, many more!!! Experts show you step by step what to do and magically you have created your very own one of a kind masterpiece! I will definitely be attending more interactive classes to sharpen my skills!

I really like Pacific Silkscapes artificial plants for real! They make the perfect fake plants and trees that I can use for my home. I find these products are really lifelike since I have no time to take care of real plants in my house. I don’t have to worry about watering it every day, or even providing it fertilizer regularly. Marie is really nice also. She goes out of the way to make sure everything is perfect!

This is the best spot to get coffee in Nevada County. I highly recommend visiting this in lieu of the horrible corporate Dutch Brother's drive through which infiltrated our community across the Old Nevada City Highway. Support small local businesses and enjoy the unique, ambient experience of their floral inventory too!
