Jim did a wonderful job installing these blackout shades at our studio. When on site to install them, he noticed the fabric was not what he ordered, so he went back to the manufacturer to have them re-make the shades for me. He came back as soon as they arrived, and ensured they were perfect. His attention to detail and level of service is what I love most about Jim, and I will happily refer him to all of my friends and clients.

We had a wonderful experience with Order in the Closet! Our master bedroom closet previously just had the old wire racks and the closet itself is smaller for a master bedroom. We wanted to optimize our space better. Michelle came by and measured the closet and was able to provide us a 3D graphic of what the closet would look like with their services on the spot. The install was within a month and took less than 4 hours. We are so pleased with how much more space/more organized our closet is! Will definitely be using this business again! Thanks so much!

Not only were they easy to communicate with, but they were always accessible. On top of that, Nishi’s talent to transform a person into a design is incredible. Numerous people have walked into our home and said that it emulated us perfectly. Nishi and her team worked with us from the beginning of construction till the end, helping us find everything from tiles and wallpaper to rugs and lamps that fit our taste. I recently purchased a new home and wanted a state of the art system for my listening and viewing needs. Not only did AVI respond to my needs quickly, they listened to what I wanted and made it happen very fast! The team was professional and detailed in every aspect of the project from beginning to end. We contracted A Curated Room to complete a second phase of interior design of our foyer, office, and hallway and Virginie did not disappoint. She is upfront about her policy and prices, which are comparable and fair area-wide. The grass cloth wallpaper in the foyer and stairwell are a hit and give the area a 'lifelike feel.' We now have a warm, welcoming entrance to our home with comfortable seating. The transformation of our office was night and day, and our friends and family say this looks like a scene out of a magazine. She blended the designs from our first floor to the second floor so the transition is flawless. We had her order a Sub-Zero Wine cooler for our upstairs deck which fit perfectly, which was a huge concern given the odd shape of the space .The pandemic did slow down the supply of some of our items, but Virginie was tactical about her orders and storage to save us on the cost; there was only one item from our original presentation that was not available due to shortage that she was able to replace in a timely manner. I really like her pre-presentation format as well as her attention to details and constant follow-up to ensure there are no errors or mistakes. Customer service is outstanding. Store has a vast selection of quality rugs from Turkey and India and they patiently took the time to show us options that met our needs. We were able to take home a couple of large rugs so that we could see how they worked in our home and ended up purchasing one of them. They want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
