I have my Auto and Home wrapped up with Mercury and they even got my flood insurance and all my rental properties insured. This family is very special in the fact their is a father and 2 kids who run this business. They have been around since and it's a special touch to have them always be there for me when i need them. For a nation wide company that promises “you’re in good hands” they sure don’t show it. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times in the last couple months and get no response. My agent Alex Pazos contact work number literally rings twice then says the number has been disconnected. Ive sent in multiple reviews and asked to be contacted and still haven’t gotten a reply. They also have been over charging me for months.Going to need to make a change. I’m clearly not in good hands.

Adjusters are the worst they used to be better I was with them for over 6 years until they changed wow their adjusters treated me like they insure me for free they are unbelievable this guy name Walter and the other guy name Chris should be car sales people not insurance adjusters anyways I switched to AAA they are the best I don’t recommend progressive they got really bad I guess that’s how they save money
