Mark Dunbar did a great thorough inspection and was able to discuss and pivot on different solutions based on our needs. It was overall a much better experience getting a quote than the first company I reached out to! After I booked service, the experience was amazing from start to finish with continued communication, quality and professionalism. Adam Watts, Josh & Tim did amazing work and were extremely kind and courteous through the whole installation. All of my questions were answered and I felt relief once our anchors and braces were installed in one day! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I am a house flipper that has done more than homes in the Chicago land area. Tom and his team at Chicago Green insulation have been an integral part of what we do. His and his team’s knowledge and understanding of needing to turn a profit but also understanding that the homes need to be done right has been such an asset to us. I have gone through plenty of contractors in my years, but Tom and his team just stand out as people whose honesty and professionalism are above the crowd. He doesn’t try to push products of services that we don’t need. He understands our business but also the residential homeowner as I have recommended him to so many people and have received praise and great reviews back. Tom and his team do a great job weather it is a rehab or a finished home. His crews are knowledgeable, honest, professional, clean, courteous, on time (which is huge in our business) and as I need, they have an eye for detail on the projects. The communication with this company is outstanding, we outline a plan, and they go at it. I don’t have to oversee them at all which makes our lives a lot easier. One call to Tom and I get the answers straight and to the point all the time. We continue to rely on Tom and his team for our projects. Epic was great. They came over to give me a quote on a new furnace Because another company who had cleaned my furnace the day before said that I needed it replaced. Epic inspected my furnace and determined that replacement wasn’t needed at this time. This save me tons of money. Epic even cleaned my furnace again because the other company did not do a good job. I have nothing but great respect for Epic because they were honest with me.

Smart Roofing did a fantastic job with our roof. They consulted us about decisions throughout the process and always made sure we were aware of what they were doing. Dale is one of the most professional and genuine people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He goes out of his way to help people and it is obvious that he cares about his customers and the quality of his work, not the money. We highly recommend using Smart Roofing!

Kevin and his team were great. We had a few companies come out for quotes and they just measured and sent a quote. Kevin offered explanations for everything he was doing and was honest about what made sense (even if it meant not doing as much work). He was a great communicator and was always on time. They offer great incentives through Ameren that help out the cost which helps immensely. Come install day, that team was also on time and they came in, started to work, and were out. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. When comparing to other companies in the area...I would highly recommend at least having these guys out to take a look if you're undecided!
