Excellent customer service and good quality products. Employees took the time to ask what I needed and had extensive knowledge on the products they were selling, and made appropriate recommendations (without trying to push or "upsell"). In a way, they knew what I needed better than I did. Their products were higher quality than some of the junk you normally find in big box hardware stores. This will be my go-to place in the future.

Great Grout Pump! Sturdy, well put together, not squeaky and loose when operates, unlike some pumps I've used. Grout comes out nice. They are prompt to answer any and all questions whenever I call. (I call during office hours of course.) I am especially fond of local businesses that have the capacity to cater to the whole world, and still got time for us little guys.

My experience was very favorable, I called Eric at Motion Industries and he was able to locate the bearings I needed in short order. Unfortunately they did not have the ones I needed in stock, but Eric was able to locate bearings that fit my criteria from one of his local supplier/warehouses and was able to bill me over the phone so I could just go pick up the bearings at the warehouse. Eric at motion industries gets five stars because in under minutes he was able to 1: find the bearing 2: send me a quote 3 : do a follow up call confirming exactly the bearings description and size 4: bill me and prepare the bearings for pick up on shortly notice same day.WoW!
