Really nice owners and there sweets are authentic like it was made in Fiji. They have the yellow Barfi with sprinkles on them and my family loves them. Their boojas ate freshly made. The best I've had besides going to Fiji to get them. U have to try the!!

Food was great. Staff was very kind, and I imagine it must be a cultural phenomenon on why some people are more generous at greeting others. Temper your expectations. There's no red carpet rollout, and they'll do their best. This isn't India oven. It's a great mom's and pop joint that's welcoming and serves great food at a reasonable price considering inflation. Not to mention, their sweets are great. If you want a server that's dressed up like he's going to court to fight a case (slacks/dress shirt) then look elsewhere, because that decorum will come at an expensive price. Come here for great food, a great price, and great sweets. Support your local businesses.

We walked never having had Indian desserts before. The guy I assume owner was the nicest man. He gave us a bunch of samples. We bought a couple of mixed box of random sweets and they were super fun to try. He also gave us some samosas and they were excellent! I really wish this business all the success.

I live in San Jose and yet I travel around miles to dine at this place with friends. Hands down the best North Indian food you can imagine. I have tried so many places in California and still this is the best Indian food. Dal Makhani - top notch! They do understand what Dal Makhani is and how it is supposed to taste! Amazing. Didn't like the Paneer Tikka Masala much because it was sweet but everything else - Dahi Kachori, Naan's, Amritsari Kulcha, Laccha Parantha, Tandoori Roti's were amazing. Wish they had a place closer to San Jose because driving an hour is tiring but still so fulfilling. 😅 Thank you for this place. Please don't change anything. Generally all the good places loose their touch if they change their chef or service representatives. :)

We casually stopped by here and ended up getting kadhi with pakore and sarson da saag to go because they looked pretty good. It's hard to find actual saag, instead of the more common palak that is passed off as saag. We had two plates of gol gappe (pani puri) outside. The gol gappe were delicious!! The man serving offered to make them spicy, sweet or mixed. His stall also had bhalle. The stall next to him was making fresh jalebi. The kadhi and saag have yet to be tasted. Both stalls seem to accept cash and card. The grocery store is huge with a lot of different types of veggies and products. Can't wait to try the fresh bhalle and jalebi next!

I usually don't order from these types of apps because of the bad experiences I've had with other services, but with Rickshaw, my food came in no time! This app gave me and my wife a variety of selections to choose from with a great presentation. The driver was very professional and super nice! Would def recommend it!!!

Great butter chicken and garlic nan!! Super good will recommend and definitely come back. I saw many comments saying the food was not fresh and that the lady was rude??? This was not my experience. The food was definitely fresh and the lady at the counter was serious but she was well mannered and nice.

Large portions, good taste. My garlic naan was particularly tasty. I don't know why this restaurant has a lower-than-average rating. Maybe some guests are not familiar with the dishes or the differences between them and do not ask questions before ordering. (November )

I highly recommend this place. My husband and I walked into the store and they were so friendly and welcoming. They will be serving tasty Indian Cuisine soon. I can't wait! Super stoked! :)

I absolutely loveee this store! The uncle always treats me so warmly, reminds me of home! The food is sooo delicious that all my white friends always go here when they crave for Indian food! Especially the chole and the paneer! The garlic naans are so yum and mouthwatering!! Would definitely recommend this place!

Indian kids item are available.Good service and reasonable cost. I suggest every one to visit to shop the valuable products like indian and sri Lankan items(garments,pooja items,children's education items,ladies ornaments etc)

The lady working there asked me to leave a review so I’ll do it. She was nice. Order was a fair price. Ordered a large Hawaiian. In “order instructions” I put “hella pineapples🍍” but the pizza had a minuscule amount of pineapple. Also pizza was pretty salty. But honestly I’ll probably return because overall was a decent experience EDIT: changed review from 3 to 5 stars just because the owners replied. It shows they take the time to listen to customers and are more then willing to tweak their service to customers taste. That’s not somthing you’ll find at a chain restaurant. % will be back as I want to support this small business ❤️

I am always a little intimidated going to international grocery stores, but I really like to try new food, so I went into this store not knowing what to expect. They had a much larger selection of everything compared to what I was expecting, and the staff was very friendly so that I didn't feel judged at all. The store was very clean and well-laid out. The price of meat was comparable to larger grocery stores, and the price of the other food all seemed very reasonable. My one suggestion would be to mark the prices more clearly, I couldn't find the price on quite a few items.
