We have worked with Bob at Buffalo Hydraulics on the purchasing of multiple hydraulic power packs. Every time, the process has been very open and honest in regards to timelines and pricing. If you are in the market for hydraulic equipment, Buffalo is the the company to reach out to.

Had service tech out to look at 4 cylinders. 1 was for a forklift and I needed a lower profile fitting and the problem was resolved from stock on his truck. The other 3 I wanted to see if they could rebuild them. They took the 3 cylinders called me the next day with estimated cost for 2 of them. The other had a couple nicks in the rod ant they will take it to a machine shop for a quote. Seems like quick efficient work.

I have a big all tech crane and I had issues with the controls for the upper boom. Thompson's was able to fix the issue and was affordable which makes it nice for a small business like mine. It was also done in a timely manner so I could keep going with my jobs on schedule. I highly recommend Thompson's!

I own Miami Valley Truck Repair in Monroe, Ohio. We used Cincinnati Driveline & Hydraulics today for the first time. We dropped off part of a drive line for a semi truck we pulled out this morning at around am. After speaking with someone from the company we decided it would be best to bring down the rest of it to make sure it’s all balanced. We had the rest of it there around noon. They put it together with new ujoints and a carrier bearing and had it tested and balanced by 4 pm. I was expecting it to take until tomorrow. The price was fair too. I just wish they were a little closer to our shop. But it’s worth the drive wand we will use them again in the future.

Great customer service ! I was struggling to find some nylon hydraulic tube I needed for a machine that was down. They helped me find a product I could use and was very helpful in finding a solution to my problem. I would drive an hour each way again simply due to the customer service. Good people !
