Horrible controls and engineering. By far the least user friendly of all the manufacturers. Example 3 toggle switches on the panel spinner, wetting, and auger. On the display they are listed spinner, auger, then wetting. Every feature is like this or worse.

So my Son wanted a Milwaukee PACKOUT Toolbox Stack for Christmas & tells us the 1st week of December & we shoped around &my Husband found Ohio Power tools ,we had already had two bad experiences with ordering it from hacked up websites, so I was a little nervous! I asked my husband if he had heard anything and because they threw him to a swing shift @ work & Barley any sleep,he sent me the email with the number,I called & the phone just rang lol really nervous now when I got switched to the Sales People up front& I think it was Marty I spoke to,I told him what's been going on & about the order we had placed with them& he asked me to hold,lol told me his name( hopefully got it right)&he'd be right back,came back and said he went to the warehouse and found it& explained that it was a Christmas gift& it would be on the next shipment going out,it seemed like maybe 5 day's later it was on my porch, Thanks to him& Ohio Power tools!!I love the fact I spoke to real person & how he went out of his way for me,And that it's a Ma&Pa store, I will DEFINITELY be back with a husband that loves tools& 3 boy's that always have something breaking down,anyways FIVE STAR all the way around 😉, Merry Christmas Everyone!!
