"It hasn't changed in a few years, it's quiet (Original) 几年都没变化,很安静"

"Very awesome affordable living space with the best property manager you can ask for! You can text her at any time with any issues you have from smoke detectors battery running out to problems with your neighbor and she will do her due diligence to solve it! I have lived here for 11 months now and the people here are mostly the best part of the building :D"

"Living at 251 9th street was such a great experience because I needed a place fast and it needed to be affordable. I didn’t have to bring anything except for my personal items because there was already a bed, and small drawers. I met some cool people in the building and made friends. It’s a nice way to meet others when you’re downstairs cooking or hanging out in the living room. There’s free WiFi and free printing. They provide paper towels, toilet paper and other cleaning supplies that’s fully accessible 24/7. Living here is a good option if you need something cheap and convenient."

"Amazing nine months lived at Tribe Coliving! I moved to SF not knowing anyone in the city, when I arrived at Tribe the community greeted me with lots of love and showed me around all the gems in town. Great place to find people from all over the world, meditation buddies, book recommendation, networking channels, and even someone to walk or talk to. The gym, Coworking space, theater and kitchen are a huge plus!!! Makes life that much easier when you’re working from home or in hybrid mode. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to live and connect with multiple cultures. Tribe helped me develop lifetime friendships in a city that I knew nobody. San Francisco is a great place to live and Tribe Coliving is great place to grow!"

"My home for more than half a year from October 2016 to April 2017. It's a fantastic location with lots of facilities and amenities close by, but with expensive rates. Go for it if you can afford high rents and you wanna stay close to the heart of San Francisco."

"1080 the most amazing house in San Francisco. I lived here while doing my postdoc at the university of the Pacific. I met a lot of friendly ppl from all over the world, we shared many tasty dishes and many discussions from different cultures. It was a fantastic journey of cultures discovery for me. I really spent unforgettable days in this house and I made many nice friendships ♥️ Thank you Ben (the nice guy who is inviting everyone to eat and to talk anytime) for sharing this wonderful time with us. Une belle coquette maison avec des gens sympathiques de tout le monde, avec un manager très gentil et souriant qui s’appelle Ben. j’ai beaucoup aimé ma résidence dans cette maison."

"Got a lot of good memories of this place. Bad ones too. But mostly good. They run it the best they can, which for the most part entails draconian rules and zero tolerance policies, but those are there for a reason. If you're here, just keep on, keep your head down, do your work and you'll be fine."

"I like this place and have never really had a bad experience here. Pricing is reasonable - usually around $60/night. I've never seen any significant bug issues here, bedding is clean (not the case for many of its competitors), and management / employees are generally friendly and rational (again, not the case for many of its competitors). My only real complaints are fairly minor - would be nice to have either hooks to hang up clothing or closets or dressers. The location is a bit farther from the tenderloin drug culture and a bit closer to Union Square and the rest of downtown. For out of town travelers, this is likely a big plus. I recommend the Dahlia and wish you happy travels and a pleasant stay."

"Moved into Fox Plaza during the pandemic. From the very first time I showed up to take the self guided tour, through the renovation process of my future unit, all the way to moving in, my experience has been nothing but hassle-free. Joshua, the leasing specialist, and his staff have been very communicative and flexible every step of the way. The unit itself is incredible, with breathtaking views, updated appliances, hardwood floors, and so much more. But the staff really helped seal the deal for me!"

"I had a great experience moving thanks to Denise and dexter! They were very kind and friendly and gave me all the information I needed. They accommodated my needs and help me when I had questions. Thank you very much great customer service and support!"

"I have been a resident here since 2020 and I have never met a better receptionist than Matthew Miller! Matthew always goes above and beyond for me and all of the residents. Always a positive and helpful person and makes me very comfortable and at ease whenever I come to the lobby. Matthew makes 500 Folsom a great place to live at!"

"This hotel is not bad. At the moment the Ritz is being remodeled. The people that live here are cool. Quiet mostly. I haven't had a issue with any tenant. The management is another subject. Changes have been made however. All in all they are not bad."

"Great community and clean spacious grounds. The events on the first Saturday of the month are a lot of fun with great vendors , food trucks, music and fun activities."
