Here is a review from an user.
Customer service has improved in past couple of years! My rep went out of her way to help me make some reservations I was struggling with. Doing the loyalty program recommended as the stress of general inventory booking is a little much for me! Only recommendation is I wish they could make the rooming list name entering better than having to do one room, save, do another… etc. The process would be awesome if you could enter all names etc at one time and then hit save- just takes so long to wait for each one.
My hometown . Nothing anywhere near what things and people were like when I was growing up here . But somehow I feel as if this is the place to be even though I lived all over the place Phillipsburg called me back . probably for punishment for all the bad stuff I did as a kid sort of pentenance .lol .
You get one star ONLY because I have to put it there to make this review. I have never in my whole life ( I'm years old ) been treated with such disrespect from your receptionist. I call for help. All she can do is interrupt me while I'm speaking. Can't even get a word in. I'm so upset. Then she hangs up on you. I called back at least 7 or 8 times and just kept getting the same results.
