Idk if I'd stay here on vacation, but if I'm ever working from a location that has a citizenM hotel there's actually zero chance I'm ever choosing a different hotel. Didn't know this level of service was possible, and literally every space was a delight. The service / visual / interior designers for this company have to be some of the best in the world. Rooms are tiny (larger than the photos make them look but still small), but aren't bad to stay in. Community spaces are super comfortable, and have a ton of outlets for long work sessions.

Locations were safe and very clean. Mordern simple furnitire. Easy process.

Incredible service and professionalism from both Marco and Brandon who visited my office twice a week. Their attention to detail and quality of work is some of the best I've seen. Whenever they finish their work it always leaves you with a true feeling of security that you are working in an extremely clean and sanitized environment which is a great feeling to have in COVID times.

Super clean and perfect central corporate apartment

Really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was cute, and the common room was a very inviting space. The room was SMALL; enough space for the 2 queen beds, a chair, a wardrobe...and not much else. But with tons of dining and shopping just blocks away and such close proximity to several public transit stations, you won't find yourself spending too much time in there anyway. If you find that you rarely interact with hotel staff and are ready to get out and explore the city, you should strongly consider staying at Sonder in Hayes Valley!

If you'r ever in San Francisco, this is the location to stay. The rooms feel like home from the first moment, the location is great and Mike is the best host you could ever think of, every problem is solveable if you ask him. I had a wonderful stay and will return for more as sure. Thank you for everything.

Hotel Drisco absolutely MADE our stay in San Francisco. From the moment we checked in to the time my wife and I (reluctantly) checked out we enjoyed every second of our stay. The hotel and room itself was just as beautiful as the Pacific Heights neighborhood it is located in and our view from our fourth floor room provided an amazing view of the cityscape and the bay. The staff was incredibly inviting and helpful and no detail to the visitor experience was spared. Our room was as clean as could be and the attention to detail added to our experience. For anyone looking to stay in San Francisco and avoid the hustle of the wharf/downtown area, look no further. Hotel Drisco will be my wife and I's first choice for every visit to the area from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast and the experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and made sure everything was great during my entire stay. They didn't have the buffet breakfast because of covid but instead they brought breakfast on a tray directly to my room every morning. A lot of the reviews mention the rooms were too small but I would disagree. I was in one of the smaller rooms and it was perfect for me. It might be a little tight for two people but theres so many common spaces in the hotel that I think it would be okay. The water pressure was great and I had no issues with temp. The location was also fantastic! I was visiting the city alone and it felt very safe walking everywhere I needed to go. Theres a liquor store/snack store right at the end of the block and so many great restaurants close by as well. I will def be staying here again.

A ridiculously idyllic bed and breakfast in a wonderful location. Trendy neighborhood, wonderful restaurants in walking distance, and near public transit while away from the excessively touristy areas. Couldn't be happier with our pick of places to stay. While it can be hard to resist the call of the city, the breakfast and wine social are both pleasant to meet experiences in their own rights due to other guests from all over the world. The staff is also top notch, peasant, welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a very nice room and a nice stay. Clean place and had a lot of space. The location is right in the downtown part of the city and walking distance to chinatown and other close to other amenities that you may need. I felt safe walking around. The location is hard to find though if you are driving, so call before you try to find parking for it.

Great location. The room (Junior King Suite) was more spacious than we thought. Our kids loved it. Besides the queen bed, it has a couch converted bed which was done nicely for restful sleep. The front desk, Samantha, was awesome. She helped us by patiently explaining the activities (bike rentals, trails) we could do around and it was very helpful.

Had such a great girls trip and the stay here was amazing everything was nice and clean. The staff was great but Amanda was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
