The customer service rep that took my service call was extremely nice and personable. The technician was also very nice and had the job done in a reasonable period of time not milking the job. I would not hesitate to use Pirtek again if the need arises or recommend them to others.

I went in to get 2 hoses for my antique tractor. Not only did I get the right hoses made for a great price they also helped me troubleshoot my hydraulic system. The staff is knowledgeable, cortesous and professional. I will definitely be going back for all my hydraulic needs.

I came in with a total curveball, looking for specific threading for fittings I didn’t even know if they would have/for a random paint machine fix.. Adam was super patient and knowledgeable all the way around.. while they didn’t have the specific pieces I needed in house, they took the parts that I had, modified them, welded them together, and handed me exactly what I was looking for.. All took about minutes.. and then to top it off, they wouldn’t let me pay them anything. I basically threw the few dollars I had in my wallet at them and ran out the door like I robbed the place! I left both impressed and appreciative. Thank you guys so much

We had to replace two hydraulic hoses in a hurry. I took the damaged hoses to Power Drives at Exchange Street in Buffalo, NY and Cory made two new hoses while I waited. He finished the job very quickly. I highly recommend their services!
