In this crazy real estate market, we were able to schedule an inspection for the next day. Ben arrived promptly and began work. He was thoroughly professional and courteous. His report was informative and complete. I would recommend Elite and Ben.

Working with Team Forss Realty was an amazing experience! Jessi Bruno was fantastic, I would recommend her to my best friends and family. We looked at two homes, put an offer in on one that same day, and had the offer accepted 5 days later! Jessi was responsive, informative and extremely helpful through the entire process. We thought we would be looking for houses for weeks or months, but ended up with our dream home after just two days!!! Team Forss and Jessi are awesome!!!!!

YOR - ADU and Granny Flat Construction crew was always on it. Answered my question promptly even over the weekend. Provided samples fast. No hassle, very respectable and scheduled quickly. Our roof needed some love and care. These people got right to it and I'm happy with the look of our new roof. Will leave update after first good rain but I don't expect any issues. Thank you guys!

Cody and his crew were amazing. Showed up on time, got the work done quickly and cleanly. Had them install a new breaker box for our hot tub, new installation of 3 bath exhaust fans, and replace two light switches. They thought they would have to cut our drywall to install one of the fans. Yay. Hiring a contractor. But they were able to do it without any holes or damage at all!! I would hire them again without hesitation!

I would highly like to recommend Rodrigo and team for their awesome efforts in selling our home and helping us purchase a new one that perfectly suited our needs. During the sale of the first home Karen was very diligent in scheduling showings due to a limited viewing schedule due to our large dog - thank you Karen for always being by your phone! I would also like to thank Anna for keeping our documents organized at all times! The summaries of the loads of information we received during this process were really helpful in understanding what the next steps were. Rodrigo and the team were available to host multiple open houses to really push the sale of the instead of just waiting as the market had just started to slow down. Rodrigo was always available for questions as well as to show us homes when we were on the buyer side. He was able to manage our schedules and work in showings so we could see the home we were interested in at all times. Whether it was 8am or 8pm he was there! I would highly recommend Rodrigo and the team for your real estate needs!

Normally, we don’t take the time to write reviews; however, this is going to be the exception to my rule. My wife and have bought and sold several properties in the past at Havasu. We have always had a fairly good experience but keep in mind, we are nice and reasonable people. As we are getting older, we decided to look for our forever home in Havasu and we started our home shopping experience. We decided to go with Eric Gedalje and his excellent team at Exp – Realty. I was interested in purchasing a home as a exchange once I sold 2 rental duplexes that my wife and I owned. Eric without any hesitation said we can do it. Eric and his team went to work and in a matter of weeks, he had both of my duplexes sold (Cash 0ffers) and coordinated the exchange and loan funding with his incredible team. We did a complete reconfiguration of our master bath, closet and office. Their design work was wonderful and completely incorporated our needs and style of the rest of the house. We were blown away by the configuration and finishing that Joseph created. Berry and team did a great job with demolition and construction. They kept us up to date on status and provided good advice for any changes needed to the original plan. They managed all of the city inspections that were required. In addition to the quality work, they are 2 of the nicest people that we have ever met! Great work keep it up guys

This boutique is the total gem of Mar Vista! Everything from the merchandise to the decor (let alone the dressing room, island kitchen, and living room buildout) is so perfectly curated - you will feel like you are shopping from the comfort of your own stylish westside bungalow. Not to mention, the owners/girls that work there make you feel right at home + are so genuine. Highly suggest checking this place out if you want a one stop shop for a cute outfit, a present for a friend, or unique decor for your casa. Did I mention they carry Aussie brands? and swim? Someone pinch me ... what a breath of fresh air.
