Brian was my knight in shining armor. I had just moved into my new home and had spent hours on the phone with my Internet provider. It turns out the house wasn’t wired for cable. Within minutes Brian was able to figure that out and got me set up. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again to set up my outdoor TV.

David was awesome - installed a new cartridge on my turntable. And the price was very good. He's a true lover of audio equipment, and is not in business to screw people.

Brian arrived during the scheduled time arrangements and completed the project. He was professional, friendly and quick about the installation. The scheduling process was easy. He communicated with me days before to conform and he let me know when he was on his way to our home. I highly recommend him for TV mounting.

I called to have my hearing aids synced to my sound system. The service appointment was prompt and the technicians were knowledgeable, fast and had all the necessary equipment on hand to take care of the issue.

Update: A year later and a new house. Couldn't wait until we had surround sound again since we moved. Hi-Def was the only choice for us. They did such a great job last time and very honest and reasonable. They didn't disappoint this time either. Great new system for living room and updated system to a closet so no cords under tvs...Also had tv mounted on back patio. Will continue to recommend. Great Experience! Surround sound system is amazing and looks great. Knowledgeable about what is current and works best for your situation. Highly recommend.

Warren did a fantastic job of calibrating the audio and video in my media room. He showed great care and attention to detail. Would not hesitate to use the service again for my next audio/video project.
