Extremely satisfied with this place. It has a wide selection of used sports equipment. The staff member was super helpful and friendly. I got a used softball glove, bat and a ball for a great price. I’ll go here for all my sport gear in the future.

My girlfriend and I came here to get fitted for our first set of skates. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They have a bauer scanner which really helped narrow down our selection. They were very helpful and gave us several pairs to try. Would definitely recommend!

Can't speak highly enough about Anthony, who helped our entire family with all of our various gear needs. He was incredibly patient with our children and never made us feel rushed or that we were imposing on his time. Gave us honest opinions on the quality of gear we needed, helped this new hockey dad figure out some basics. Wish all customer service folks were as friendly and dedicated as him!

People are super friendly and knowledgeable! We came here to buy goggles and helmet for our very first snowboard lesson. They taught us a lot and helped us get what we are looking for even for color!! Highly recommended! We are coming back to rent the boots and snowboard.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable staff and extremely courteous. Completed my transaction in about 7 minutes and now am the proud owner of a great treadmill. Delivered and set up in record time and extremely professional service. Made sure I knew all about the operation and maintenance. Took away my old one and all in less than hours. This is extremely notable as I needed it delivered to Redmond and these great people are in Marysville. Can not say enough about how very helpful they were. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this particular store and staff. I have a "Play it Again Sports" nearer to me, but they practically shoved me out the door when I asked about what I needed. Give this store a try, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome local spot. Just getting back into hockey after a 9 year hiatus and the team at Elevate have been great on every occasion I've visited them; from initial purchase of all my gear to my most recent skate sharpening and stick cut.

Certainly a hockey lover's paradise. They have a skate sharpening section and a rapid fire accuracy shooting range. The place looks so well kept for a sports store. Pretty new and a little pricey.

Been coming here for years for all sorts of sporting equipment, always have great prices and friendly staff. On my most recent trip one of the back shop staff was very helpful with getting my snowboard setup for my first trip up to the mountain in over 5 years. (even though he skis) Really went the extra mile for me, and they will with all their customers. Will always have me as a customer!

I was hesitant to visit during peak Christmas busy-ness however my trip to Sportchek a few days before Christmas was effortless and extremely enjoyable due to the wonderful staff that helped me. Kayla on cash helped me on the phone prior to visiting, jumped into action when she overheard me trying to explain to her coworker what I needed help with even though she had a few moments of downtime in between huge lineups and rushes as she had remembered the phone call from hours before and was absolutely wonderful when I finished up and got to her til. The gentlemen in the shoe department were also extremely helpful but Kaylas excitement to make a stressful time of the year just ever so slightly more easy (and entertaining, I don’t usually like carrying out conversations with staff but she truly made me laugh!) for a random lady mid-day exemplifies the great customer service provided at Sportchek Chilliwack. I have never been more satisfied with retail employees at Christmas time!

Once again a knowledgeable clerk led me to a wonderful new pair of shoes. Seemed to know what he was looking at in the wear pattern in my old shoes. And was able to sell me on the upgrade to the line I had been using based on what he saw. Not the cheapest but if I get another kms I'll be happy!
