The owner of Price Air, Freddie, and his team were awesome! They were prompt, professional and proficient in their work. They also finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after any mess made throughout the day. I am pleased with the repair and recommend them wholeheartedly. 5 stars!

My year old AC unit had to be replaced. The original installer who serviced oil called Trusted Heating & AC Repair and left a message. I was promptly called back by them. I told him over the phone the unit I had and he recommended a replacement. He came over and looked at my existing unit and gave me my choices....no pressure like the company that put in the old unit. They were extremely knowledgable and professional. 2 days later the Trusted Heating & AC Repair crew came and installed the new Unit. The men were very professional. Did a beautiful installation of the unit and new piping and wires. A much neater job than the original. The tech has called 3 times to see how the unit was working. I would recommend Jay and the Trusted Heating & AC Repair crew to my friends and family. Great job!!!!

Quick diagnostic and repair during a high season time. Repairman was courteous. Pricing was reasonable, disclosed upfront, and he stuck to it. Once he arrived got right to business and diagnosed the issue to an unusual cause. Because it was an uncommon part that failed, he didn't have it with him, but he drove to a shop and was back with the part very quickly. I would highly recommend. Exceeded expectations.

We have used Polar Bear over the years. We have multiple homes we use for business - RCFE homes - and Polar Bear has been our go to repair shop. It’s usually Craig who comes out to check out our system. Vanessa is in the office who always goes above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend them as they are responsive and reliable. We have to appreciate those kind of people.

I made and appointment on 4// from pm, I made the appointment a week ahead. Technician never showed up. I called at am and they told me the technician was stuck on another job. I understand things happen, so I waited until - :pm and no calls From the office. So I called at 1pm and the office told me that the technician was at lunch and the the original technical had to go home. I don’t know what kind of business they have, but you always have to keep the customer inform. I will never do business with company anymore

Paid them close to to repair our ac. They could not fix it and would not take calls or respond to texts afterwards. Irresponsible and unprofessional. Never do business with them

We came a ross this company when our HOA couldn't help us with our AC that has only been in existence for 8 years when it had stopped cooling. I am so glad we found this company; a mom and Pop operation but you can't tell by the service they provide! The gentlemen were on time and the service was phenomenal. They completed the job in about a couple of hours and now the AC is working perfectly! They will certainly be my go to company for my AC and heating needs.

When there was a problem with the HVAC unit at our rental home not working properly, we called Sun Country Heating and Cooling; and Carlos, one of their technicians arrived within a couple of hours. We are extremely happy with the way Carlos and the company dealt with what turned out to be an issue with the unit’s control board. Due to the competency and professionalism exhibited by everyone at Sun Country involved with our service call, we will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC needs. We highly recommend them!

From phone call and scheduling to completion of our issue Black Mountain Air was five stars. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to all my other friends. Yannick ( technician) was prompt, polite, and worked with an urgency rarely seen. He started diagnostics with what could have been the smallest issue ( wether this was intended to keep our cost down I don’t know, but it had that effect) continuing until he found the problem. He was straightforward when he did. This is the part that no longer works and this is how much it costs to replace. When his repairs ended the bill was exactly the amount he had stated. You can definitely trust Black Mountain Air to do a great job for a fair and reasonable price!

Pablo and his team did a wonderful job installing our new furnace and coil. It was a tough job in a very tight space in our attic, and they stayed late to make sure it was done. We are very grateful to Pablo, Anthony, and the rest of the team for helping us! Professional, pleasant, hardworking—highly recommend!
