Different Gravy... Dr.Maddie and the staff at Audiology Associates are different gravy, simply put. They offered to take us in (same day) after we canceled an appointment from a horribly rated ENT place just miles away from them. The receptionist lady was kind and considerate. She did not hurry us, and double-checked to see that we had all appropriate paperwork taken care of. Dr. Maddie took ear impressions for my girlfriend and I (she is getting custom-fit earplugs for sleeping and custom-fit in-ear monitors for myself). Her price was very reasonable and she has experience doing them. The office is clean and orderly, and we were in & out within about minutes. That was paperwork, impressions, her listening to our questions, and payment. WOW. I have never been more impressed by a doctor's visit than this. We will be coming back for their services in the future.

A very thorough and caring professional, Dr. Fell takes the time to answer your questions about your hearing and how hearing aids can help you. Her staff is friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments. I recommend her for your hearing related needs. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of service and assistance I received.

My appointment today went extremely well. Emily Bodish made adjustments to my hearing aids and I left the office with a smile on my face. She is a true professional.I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a great Audiologist.

What a great experience at Miracle-Ear. Chad and Wendy are both extremely courteous and very professional. The office was super clean and sanitary. Chad was very knowledgeable about his product and is truly a gentleman when caring for his patients. I highly recommend them to help you find a solution to your hearing problems.

Very satisfied with their service. My hearing aids had to be sent to the manufacturer, so SoundWorks in Arlington gave me a pair of loaners while mine were being repaired. Glen was great to work with and took the time to make sure the settings were ideal for me. A close friend of mine, who spent his entire career in the hearing aid business as an owner and manager, was very familiar with Glen and his reputation, and had nothing but great things to say about him. Very glad I found them.

This was a follow up visit for new aids. Mike cleaned and installed new domes. I always have great service at Beltone.

Just came from an appointment here. They were wonderful. I had some minor confusion on the paperwork, which the receptionist quickly and efficiently helped me knock out. Then, my butt barely hit the seat in the waiting room when they called my name. When the nurse walked out of the exam room, the doctor was walking in (I can't think of the last time I haven't waited at least ten minutes in the exam room for the doctor at any doctor's office). He promptly diagnosed the problem and resolved it in less than 5 minutes. Everyone I encountered here was the utmost of professional and friendly. Highly highly recommended. Not many medical practices left like this.

Love the doctor! He is delightful to talk to. Took very good care of my grandmother. Even tho she only spoke Spanish he was very patient

Daniel and Jocelyn were so wonderful! Daniel explained everything clearly to my mother and I and was extremely helpful today! He even let my mother have a trial hearing aid for free! They have excellent payment plans on devices. I highly recommend them. Thank you for making my mother happy! And her kids!

The audiologist were kind and courteous when I asked them to check my ear for a dome. I thought the dome to my hearing aid had come off in my ear. The night before I took my hearing aids out and the right dome was missing. I was sure it was still in my ear. Two of the audiologist checked and nothing was in my ear. I was embarrassed but the audiologist were attentive to my concern. Great place to go if you have hearing problems.

Greeted when I walked in, waited 2 to 3 minutes. Customer before me walked out, I was taken into the office. Checked my ears, cleaned/checked hearing aids. Everyone I dealt with was cheerful, helpful. Great people to do business with.......

Dr. Land was very thorough in testing, and took time to explain the test results and treatment plan in great detail. I am very pleased with my new hearing devices. It was worth the 5 hour drive from my home in Arkansas to come to this clinic.

The staff is very caring and professional - especially Dr Mike Guthery. Whether you need hearing aids or just ear wax removed, they do it all. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as they will never try to talk you into something you don’t need. Great people.

Great place for all your allergy, ears, nose and throat needs. Experienced and excellent doctors. All doctors take time to answer your questions. Knowledge staff on procedures, if you have follow up questions. They have virtual visits, and in office visits. Face mask are required, to keep the staff and patients safe. They are located in a clean and safe area. Parking was easy.

Had great videos and resources for me to make it easy to learn how to use, and when I had a unit stop working they sent me a replacement with no questions!
