This was amazing! I have fusion in my neck and slipped disc in my lower back. I’m in pain everyday. I don’t take meds for the pain I learn to deal with it and help myself by stretching/exercise, watching my posture, chiropractor sessions and eating healthy. One session of cryotherapy relieved my daily pain completely I can’t believe it. It was 3 mins of torture but totally worth it. I felt great mentally too I just felt so good. I will definitely add this to my regimen of self help! 🤗

Every customer is treated like family. When you visit, please take a moment to admire the beautiful decor. They custom renovated the space from top to bottom and even brought in pieces from Thailand to represent their personal style and culture. The vibe from the waiting room sets the tone for a very relaxing and peaceful experience. The massage I got helped my sore muscles immensely. I sit hunched over a computer every day and my back, neck, and sciatic nerve have suffered as a result. One appointment with Milly made such a huge difference! This is the first time in months that I haven’t felt any muscle pain! Milly really took her time and made sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure she was using on my muscles. I was also so relaxed because the room had soft lighting, ambient sounds, and lovely decor. The atmosphere allowed me to destress and forget about work and other worries. I really look forward to going back several times a month. I highly recommend this spa!!

Came here for a fast hydration prep the process here is nice it’s comfy and calm definitely enjoyed it more then the er when I forget water exists lol the nurse is very kind and welcoming if you want to be hydrated or healthy this is the spot!!! Will be back

I had the nicest experience with the girl Erica. She was accommodating and kept the whole process a breeze an comfortable. The service was on point an results were fair if not better. I would definitely recommend going back and working with this staff again for my next treatments cause its calm quiet and relaxing atmosphere makes things much better.

Great customer service, great products, and overall just a great experience. I started doing cryotherapy for my autoimmune issues and it has helped so much. I am so grateful for the wonderful owner and all the members of the Oasis team!
