Fantastic food! My pizza was cooked perfectly and delicious! Not overpriced! They are super friendly- they even stayed open a few minutes late for me! The menu tells you exactly how many carbs per serving- easy for keto eaters- i will come back to this great restaurant!

When I received an advertisement in the mail about Sarah Treat’s nutrition and wellness program, I set it aside for a couple of months. I was at a very low point and knew that I needed a little extra help in losing weight and getting back in focus regarding my health. When I finally made the call to Sarah’s practice, I wasn’t sure if I could make much progress since I am seventy years of age and have some quite serious medical conditions and limitations. But this program was exactly the jump-start that I needed. I knew that being held accountable for my diet and exercise habits would help immensely, and it definitely has. After almost three months on the program, I have changed my mindset about food, nutrition, meal planning, and taking better care of myself, despite my age and physical impairments. I have lost lbs. (still have to go) and am back on my exercise bike minutes a day. I have not cheated at all, and I am faithful to recording every single thing I eat. Because my energy level has improved, I am able to get around somewhat better in the kitchen to prepare simple meals, make fresh juices, and start the day off with a smoothie each day. (By the way, the prepared meals at Local Health Market are not only nutritious, but delicious!) My recent blood work with my gastroenterologist shows an overall improvement since I last visited him. These tangible results convince me that I will NOT go back to a sedentary way of life, but will instead remain focused on proper nutrition and exercise in order to be as strong as I can be at this stage of my life. The professional expertise and encouragement of Sarah, Jennifer, and Emily have been outstanding at every step, especially the feedback and frequent communication. This is definitely an investment which has proven to be very beneficial to my overall health and well-being. Thank you!

Honestly, the customer service provided was excellent. I googled an herb store near me and found TheySource. I wasn’t aware that you couldn’t physically go in the store but all you have to do is call the number and someone personally walked me through everything. The process was extremely easy and now I know I can just look on the website, call and order or purchase directly on the website. My order was literally delivered to my hand within minutes!! If I could give more stars I would. They don’t just have seamoss either, they practically have any herb you can think of!! Don’t even think twice about about. Go with TheySource!! I have never stepped foot in a GNC. I had zero knowledge of supplements. I explained Jonathan kinda what I was looking for. He explained the product in detail. He asked me questions about my activity level and current nutrition to better help me. I found a great product that fit my needs and tastes amazing. I initially came in intimidated and overwhelmed by the large selection of products. Jonathan was very friendly and made the whole experience a welcoming one.

I haven't been to a Trader Joe's in maybe 5 years because there hasn't been one near me. This location is just like I would expect from a Trader Joe's. Clean, well stocked, and friendly cashiers. The cashier we went to made my kids love this store! We will definitely be shopping here more often!

I am prediabetic and recently developed rapidly progressive severe pain on my legs and I've had foot pain for a while. I was crying nightly because the pain was so severe. I found the product I needed and with a little over a week, I finally got relief. I am so glad I found this place. I

We went to the Chinese Take Out cooking course here and did our cooking in small groups. We made Wonton Soup, Egg roll, General Tso's Chicken, and Egg Fried Rice. We were also given Almond Cookies and Mango Pudding for dessert which had been made ahead of time. The food was wonderful and the course was a lot of fun, our instructors Richard and Becky were friendly and knowledgeable. We were also provided with a recipe packet containing details of all the food we had. All in all it was a great experience and I'd recommend checking out the cooking classes here if that's something you're interested in. I know we'll definitely be back for more!

Trader Joe’s products are unique and delicious. My two children are vegan. We live the vegan Caesar salad dressing, vegan cookies, chick’n tenders, pizza. Greeting cards are also such a deal at one dollar each. Add to that a fun shopping experience always with new things to try.

Small sized store packed with tons of healthy items. Surprisingly large supplement aisles for the size of the store. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite sights to see …. Trays full of muffins. Only second to them cooling fresh out of the oven. Adam is the muffin MAN! Aside from that - my smoothie is always on point, service from everyone else is always good too :) chocolate chip banana is where it’s at yall!!

Farm to Juice makes the best juices I have ever found! The variety of flavors are remarkable and the staff are very friendly and professional. I frequent this location regularly and I have always left very satisfied. I have referred many friends and family members and always hear the same praises that I experience. Obviously the management and personnel are unparalleled! Best in town for sure!

I love coming to this location in particular. They spend so much time and attention on each customer. There’s never a question that I ask that they can’t answer. They’re willing to cut through the red tape and show you exactly what you’re trying to find, even if it’s not exactly what you came in for! Reasonable prices, reasonable people, this place is awesome.
