Called Friday evening after hours. They still answered my call, and they offered to fix first thing Tuesday. They got the part a day early and called to say they could be to my house within an hour. Mark arrived promptly, was professional, kind, and extremely personable - great customer service! He answered all of my questions and cleaned up all of the glass in and around my vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! I would recommend them, and I would call them again for future business. Thank you Mark and company!

Had three windows, all different sizes / styles that had the foggy, broken seals. We had Rapid Glass come to our home and fix them. They did a great job, the replacement glass and seal are noticeably better then the original they replaced and while the cost seems a bit high, it is a third of the cost of replacing the entire window so all good. We will call them first if we ever need any future window repairs!!

Absolutely the best Glass Company I have ever worked with. Not only did I get same day service, but the installer was professional and courteous. In addition to the broken glass in the passenger door, the regulator for the window was also broken, the installer made arrangements for Rapid Glass to fix that and the price was about half of what the dealer wanted.

I was just looking for a quick "spit shine" but what I got was a high quality detail job for a steal of a price! Considering what I paid, I didn't have real high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing job they did, especially since the car had been smoked in previously. Very friendly helpful staff. Did very good work. Had to bring back only because the tint wasn't across the top like I requested during my insurance claim. They realized the error and fixed it with a whole other new windshield no hassle right away even around Christmas time. Very pleased with city auto glass! 5 🌟 service!
