I visited this repair store on 2/ and took several items in; my MK watch, a handmade k Gold Miami Cuban bracelet and my wife's wedding ring. My MK watch needed a new battery - pretty simple; however, the last two items were the ones I was a bit nervous about. I needed my bracelet resized (it was too large for my wrist) and my wife's wedding ring needed to get re-dipped and cleaned. I express to Chris how those two items were very sentimental to me. My bracelet took over weeks to make, and it would have been a hassle to mail it back to the Jeweler to get it resized. And my wife's wedding ring... well... it's my wife's wedding ring. After spending time with Chris and talking to him, he made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to get the job done. Chris was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. For some reason, I thought it would take him a day or two to get everything done, but surprisingly he was able to do it within minutes. I am very satisfied with all my items after picking them up. My bracelet fits perfect and doesn't show any signs that it was resized and my wife's wedding ring looks brand new as if I was just made that day. My wife was extremely happy and was all smiles when I came home to place it back on her finger. It really made her day and that made mine as well. Thank you, Chris. I'm glad I found your store on Google. I look forward to returning with any new repairs or services in the future.

Steve O and Walo were very professional and respectful. They came to fix windows that were not staying up when opened, which was disappointing when I wanted to enjoy the nice weather. Their work was quick and they did a wonderful job, now the windows open with ease and stay up. They even took care of a different window that was a little tight and made loud popping noises when opening. Now, all of the windows work perfectly and quietly. I can enjoy nice weather and fresh air once again! Thanks guys!

Both the owner and his staff were super knowledgeable and very fast at fixing my phone. It has had problems ever since it cracked the first time. They told that the screen that the previous phone store installed was not an Apple-certified screen which was the cause of all the problems. In addition to the friendly service, the prices for fixing my iPhone were extremely reasonable!
