The whole team here is super friendly and helpful! Mary was so kind on the phone and helped me schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I thought I'd just need my weather stripping replaced, but turns out my whole windshield had slid down and needed to be moved back into the correct location! The team quickly identified the issue and explained everything to me in a professional, honest way. They were able to remove my existing windshield without it cracking and move it up to the right place. Their care saved me time and money with not having to replace the glass, and I was so impressed with their work! HIGHLY recommend!

What a delightful place! Very friendly people and, if you find yourself waiting for your repair, there's a cozy waiting room with a very comfortable couch. I was told my windshield installation would take an hour and a half and it was ready to go at minutes on the dot! I really didn't want to give my money to Safelite, so I'm very glad I found this company!

Easy 5 Stars. The rear window broke on my car daughter's car while she was at school; shattered, glass everywhere. Even though it was nearing closing time Alex and the crew at Auto Vision Center got her in and were able to "crash wrap" the window for the evening and vacuumed out the broken glass while ordering a new replacement window. They were able to replace the broken window the next day. They thought of everything without me even having to ask. Truly outstanding customer service, I wish every car repair was this easy!

Would recommend this business to anyone. Communication was outstanding. Messaged me quick, outside of business hours. Sent me recommendations of places to get cheap glass. Got me in and out. Did a great job. Very reasonable price.

Very professional on how they run there business. Great quality of work. We use them for all our windshield replacements & chip repairs and have had 0 issues with them. They also do a great job tinting windows.

Called a couple of places, before coming across prairie glass, and they either don't respond back, or..... when they do, they were just plain rude, or..... their pricing were just outrageous. Prairie glass has been nothing then the opposite. They were quick to respond, very friendly, and price was just right. The guys that came to install the mirrors were just as friendly; and..... most importantly cleaned and vacuumed afterward; many company's that I've come across don't ever vacuum. The guy that came in to take the measurements for an exact quote, forgot his name :(, he was very knowledgeable, and answers all questions and concerns without trying to sell you extra. He was actually very help in trying to save you money on the unnecessary "extra" that you "thought" you need. Thank you prairie glass for doing such and beautiful job on the mirrors, it diffidently complete the look for my bridal alteration studio. Will most diffidently use you guys again in future projects.

I called AM Glass Repair for a back exterior door that needed attention. They were quick to respond and Josh came out to evaluate it. He was very knowledgeable and came up with a game plan quickly.
