Glass & mirror inc. did both our master shower and our kitchen cabinets. We couldn’t be happier with the product and the service we’ve received. The installers were the best! They were on time, very friendly and polite.

I had 6 residential panes replaced. Overall the experience was positive and the price was reasonable. I fully intend to do business with them again. I would recommend them to my friends. Negative: Initial measurements of two windows were wrong. The installer caught this mistake and arranged to correct the issue without my intervention. I have heard that estimator is now elsewhere. I was not charged for the wrong sized glass. Positive: The estimator was professional and arrived within the agree upon window of time. Though see above. The installers were great! Joel especially blew me away. I politely asked to watch his work as I know nothing about windows. I stayed out of his was and as he worked he pointed out lots of details about windows and issues to look out for. Due to his explanations and watching his work I feel very confident in the quality of the installation and materials.

Absolutely the best Glass Company I have ever worked with. Not only did I get same day service, but the installer was professional and courteous. In addition to the broken glass in the passenger door, the regulator for the window was also broken, the installer made arrangements for Rapid Glass to fix that and the price was about half of what the dealer wanted.

Had three windows, all different sizes / styles that had the foggy, broken seals. We had Rapid Glass come to our home and fix them. They did a great job, the replacement glass and seal are noticeably better then the original they replaced and while the cost seems a bit high, it is a third of the cost of replacing the entire window so all good. We will call them first if we ever need any future window repairs!!

Great company, Bob got me on the schedule the next day and Rich came out to get measurements and talk through the options, and then Bob had an estimate for me in twenty minutes...... on a patio door glass pane that another company said they couldn't work on so I should just replace the whole unit. Highly recommend these guys!

Citywide Glass fixed a broken window on the side door of my house recently and did a really nice job. They were able to come and check out the window and repair it in the same day only one day after calling. I was initially worried that the window would be able to be fixed, but the repairman that came out made everything seem so simple and routine, it was a relief. The repair was quick, and they were done before I even realized.

I work with contractors everyday and today I was going through my list of contacts to sort the ones I wanted to keep and ones I didn't. I have to say everytime I contact auto glass today I look forward to it. I have always had good experiences with them and Randy is the absolute best. He's always friendly and so knowledgable that I personally call him whenever I have a question. Would recommend, 5 stars.

I had Trustworthy Glass replace a broken window a long time ago and they had a good price and were quick. Because of the experience, I had them replace all my front porch windows and front and back storm doors. They look great! The price was fair and everyone at the company was great to talk to. I’m glad I was able to find a high quality local business to do the work.

In July took my daughters college diploma to be framed, met Mark who was wonderful. Just picked up my second piece, a birthday gift, double frame, inside blue frame from Germany, so beautiful. Photo doesn’t nearly do it justice, but thank you Mark turned out even better than I had hoped. They are now working on two more pieces. Thrilled with not only the service, helpful advice, but the finished work is exceptional. My new found home for all my artwork. Great work, thank you.

Glass and Mirror Outlet are very capable, friendly, professional craftsmen. We had just the glass replaced in windows, all wood Marvins with fogged -year-old glass, and the result is crystal-clear. Fantastic work and good employees! Their estimator arrived on time and was pleasant, professional and spoke with no pressure. Office workers were all very pleasant, enjoyable folks who called and followed up. Very good office staff. Before we allow anyone to work on our home we insist that established companies have Work Comp in addition to Liability. It's important to us. It shows that a company stands behind their important installers in addition to being good corporate citizens. After-all, if a company is willing to skirt the law, what regard will they have for you? Well, Glass and Mirror eagerly provided these documents. Everything checked out so we hired them. The crew came on time, actually a bit early, and finished early. They were very professional, neighborly workers and took the time to do a quality job. They removed shoes, covered carpeting and worked in a tidy manner. I couldn't be happier and will actively recommend Glass and Mirror Outlet to others and continue to use them when opportunities come up!
