Cyndi in the paint department helped me. I explained my price point and what I wanted to accomplish. The paint she recommended did the job exactly as she promised. Bonus - she picked a great color to match the curtains I brought into the store. I was in and out in minutes and very happy with the whole experience. Will definately be back! Thanks Cyndi!

From start to finish this team of professionals met my needs. Competitively priced between the three companies I received quotes for the work. The day I called for a quote someone was at my house later that day to take measurements. I received the quote the next day. They had to order the glass, but once it was available they quickly reached out to me and scheduled time to complete the job. The team that showed up to do the work was quick and professional. Work was completed faster than I expected.

I love this place! The staff are very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I can't believe they can pack so many good things in a relatively small space. I'm always able to find what I need. So lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!

Great experience here. First, they answered the phone when they were closed and told me their hours. Second, in my case I was able to bring my window in for exact measurements so the could order the glass and I was able to take it back home until the glass arrives. Third since I needed privacy glass they took the time to explain my options. Fourth they explained how to install the double pane glass myself, and how best to measure it, on another window that is not removable. And fifth they called me after I left with an option for safety glass since the window that was broken was by a sports court, which I didn't need but the follow up was appreciated.

Update to !! Look how beautiful she is again. Thank you!!! ---- I have not been here but for the last seven years I have been in love with the vintage lighted sign above the entrance. Sad to see it is in much disrepair and does not light up anymore. Sometimes though I stroll by here and when the traffic isn't too bad I lift my ear to it and can still hear the mechanics rolling in a squeaky click for the light dance like clockwork, even though the light bulbs are all burned out.

Rick sandblasts the most beutiful designs in glass. He does large and small projects. Very professional. My clients were thrilled with the results.

I had a few skylights that had moisture between the panes. The folks at Tom McIntosh gave me expert advice on how to replace them, made the replacements at a great price, and everything looks and works great! The skylight manufacturer's solution would have cost me x more and required a contractor to install. Nice, knowledgeable and helpful. You can't do better.

these guys came out when nobody local would, it was a little more than what i originally wanted to spend but for the distance the promptness and the quality of work i wont go anywhere else. Ray knows exactly what hes going and i cant recommend him high enough. he came out stripped all the rust(there was a lot) and primed and did the works, even cleaned the dash.

Just got 8 window screens remade and a patio, sliding, screen door re-screened. The customer service has been absolutely incredible. My 2 year old son came with me to pick up the screens and he was greeted with warmth and chocolates. Lots of smiles in this place and the screens look fantastic. Price seems to be quite good though I don't know much about screen prices. Thank you to the team!

I had Tom come out to clean the chimney of my pellet stove. I told him to be careful of where the chimney met the stove because it would leak if handled roughly. Sure enough it started to leak when I fired it up. I called to have him come back to fix it. It took him a month to come back to work on it and he still didn't get the leak stopped so I can't use my stove. He charged me for the second visit in spite of the fact that it was his fault he had to come back. Do not use this man. He doesn't stand behind his work.

Great True Value store in Rainier Or. They have most anything you may need for basic home repairs at reasonable prices. Very convenient location and the staff is incredible. Great service every time I've been in there. Beats having to go across the river to the warehouse stores and pay sales tax. True Value is what you get in this store every time. Nice having them in Rainier and it's nice supporting a local business, they're located on the main drag down by the railroad tracks easy in and out. Thanks for being part of the community!

Have visited the store a few times in the last month or two. Each time I have received excellent and prompt service. Dennis helped me out today, Thanks! This store is jammed packed full of items to help finish all sorts of projects. One tip I learned today is liquid nails is a very affordable adhesive, especially in the caulking gun form. It worked great for my needs today and was about half the price of gorilla glue.

I needed a glass shelf for a bar fridge. I ordered one from an appliance supply company in April . That order was delayed many times, then cancelled in April of . I found One Day Glass and placed an order for a piece of tempered glass. My shelf arrived in less than a week and my fridge is now nice and organized. I'm very happy!
