"I love the in office staff and my doctor but the after hours phone line is a joke. There is a woman that answers and is neither a nurse nor a doctor but will refuse to leave a message for a nurse or the on call doctor. Last week there was a lapse in my medication and my doctor was on holiday vacation, and she didn't see it as an emergency so refused outright to even pass the message along. I called prompt care and they told me the after hours line was the best way. The receptionist went above and beyond and called them herself to get them to leave a message for a nurse. Called again today, office closed yet again for holiday, I believe it was the same woman. Whole family has confirmed covid and it is severe. We wanted to see if there's anything that can be prescribed virtually because we don't want to go spreading it around. She said that's not what after hours line is for, it's only for certain situations. When we asked what situations it was for, she said "emergencies, in which case we'd tell you to go to the ER" I have used after hours lines for decades and NEVER not had them leave a message for a nurse. She even hung up on us. All we did was ask basic questions as to what the phone line is for. I will be filing a formal complaint as this is twice now and we are EXTREMELY sick. Clearly she doesn't like her job, and I don't like being treated like I'm ignorant for using a resource I'm supposed to use."

"I love her and she is a good doctor. She's someone you can talk to when your down ❤️"

"Dr Sofia was set up by my daughters insurance after she had a mental health crisis. My daughter has minor learning disabilities and Dr. Sofia, was so kind and gracious with her, and allowing me to speak when it was over my daughters vocabulary or understanding. She really focused on my daughter and never made her feel less than perfect. Which is such a blessing after so many doctors not listening to her or belittling her thoughts. I just hope she can keep seeing my daughter for years to come!"

"I’m currently going here because I’m pregnant and it was one of the only clinics that took my insurance and that I could get into without having to wait a month. I haven’t enjoyed my experience here one bit and have heavily considered trying to find a new OBGYN but being half way through my pregnancy I worry about how long it’ll take to get set up with a new physician. I’ve only had one decent interaction with staff and that was with the lab tech who took my blood at my first appointment. I’ve had to call multiple times over a three day period to request a call back from someone about test results. I had missed the initial call back from staff due to being at work. Every time I’ve called it has been a very unpleasant interaction with the person on the phone even to just schedule an appointment. I don’t feel respected by front desk or nursing staff but I feel like I’m stuck at this point with being so far along."

"I keep leaving messages for my doctor to resend a prescription to my pharmacy, it keeps going to prior authorization but the pharmacy says they can override it. I have detailed this to the front desk five times now, but for some reason my doctor isn't getting the full message and won't or can't send the prescription to the pharmacy. I ask the front desk to call me when it's been done, only to call back hours later and find out that it still hasn't been sent to the pharmacy because of prior authorization. I'm almost out of my prescription. The front desk obviously isn't giving my doctor the full message and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm about to go find a new doctor, because at this point it would be quicker! Edit: After several phone calls to my doctor's office and the pharmacy and several weeks, I have to get the prescription filled by another doctor. At this point it feels like The Franciscan Medical Clinic is deliberately being difficult. Thanks for wasting my time."

"Dr. Cha was my primary doctor for over a year. I recieved some of the best help while in her care. Had appointments lined up to deal with some major problems ive been having only to find out shes leaving the practice. Leaving me to fend for myself and find a new primary last minute. Had 2 appointments with her before she was suppose to leave (given only a months notice) and had both appointments cancelled on me. Was told i could reschedual for 3 MONTHS OUT. Will be looking elsewhere for care..."
