I have used JunkMD two times now and both times were a great experience! I live in an apartment, making furniture removal tricky, so I especially appreciate the services they offer. They do on-site quotes, which I find to be less $ than the quotes provided via email, but I usually tip the drivers as a thank you and it is nice to get the emailed quote beforehand to have a ballpark idea. Some other things they have picked up are clothes, shoes, lamps, and some household items (they try to donate as much as they can). The employees are friendly, attentive and fast. I would definitely recommend JunkMD and I plan on using them in the future!

Asked for quote. Weighed against cost, time, and hassle of DIY and decided it was a bargain to hire Jake to haul away 2 pieces of bulky furniture. Moved it to the curb (so I could get some exercise for the day). Meanwhile, someone picked up one of the items while Jake’s truck was on the way. I texted Jake that one piece had disappeared, and he took the initiative to respond with a revised lower quote that was more than fair. I truly wasn’t expecting that level of above and beyond - it speaks volumes about his business ethic. Because it’s not his fault someone took his livelihood, I still paid the original quote via Venmo for my % contact-less, excellent customer experience. This was a win-win-win for me, Jake, and the person who kept a piece of my furniture out of the landfill. Would definitely hire Jake’s Hauling again.

Great experience from beginning to end! Easy to make a free estimate appointment online. I also called because o had a question and they answered right away. Two gentlemen were at my house in an hour and a half and they were personable, professional and fast (and priced reasonably). I Highly recommend!
