Derek came out and gave me a quote for my double garage door. He was knowledgeable & a very courteous young man. Along with his side kick Gavin. I’m very weary of salesman but was very impressed with your guys. I went with the new door and William & Lorenzo showed up today to install it. Again William & Lorenzo was great. Very kind & mannerly young men. He & Lorenzo were finished in a 2hours. They installed everything new except my garage opener. It runs like a charm. I’m upset I didn’t do this year’s ago🤦‍♀️. PS I think they all should get a raise💯

My home is only 6 years old, but I have experienced several problems with the garage door opening as well as staying on the rails. I wasn't sure about Gulf States when I contacted them because I knew nothing of this company, but I would recommend them highly because of Rusty!!! He has taken care of all of my issues quickly, professionally, and (believe it or not) without trying to make me believe that I needed something that I did not require! Because of Rusty, when my garage door opener & rails need to be replaced I will ONLY have Gulf States Overhead Door take care of my needs!!! I hope Gulf States knows what an exemplary employee they have in Rusty as well as what it it means to their customers to do business with an honest, professional employee like Rusty!!!

Blue Water Bay Garage Doors installed two shop doors that work great. The tech was very professional amd answered all questions. The garage door opener quit working on my house. Had a different company attempt to fix it but failed (also got charged. It worked temporarily). Bluewater Garage Doors came out amd fixed the issue

Our old garage door was malfunctioning, so I called Mainland Garage Door Center after seeing the reviews. Dave answered immediately and was going to my house to look at it within minutes!! He came wearing a mask. He attentively listened to my concerns, gave me some options for the new door, and then gave me an estimate that same night. A week later, we had a beautiful new garage door! I can't recommend Mainland Garage Door Center enough. The owner, Dave, is very kind and straightforward, and his communication is excellent. His employee Mario did a great job with the installation and then Dave came and made a few adjustments until it was just the way I wanted it. I will definitely call him again if I need anything more to do with my garage door.
