He goes above and beyond in every way possible way to make sure you have the best experience while exceeding all expectations! I used to frequent this location because of their location, since moving I have returned on several occasions because of the amazing customer service. Just last week I went back and was impressed with the positive atmosphere in the midst of it being very (very) busy!! The team keeps the line moving and always has a smile on their face. Thanks for being a positive & stress free environment!

Really enjoyed working with the folks from Navis Pack & Ship. Everything that was promised was delivered. We had some furniture that needed to be shipped to another state. The process was smooth and professional. Many thanks to Bob Gray for answering all of my questions. If I need to ship items again I certainly will call them first!

This company has the very best Customer Service of all packers and shippers I have used shipping art in the past years. They are happy to accommodate special requests and do so with a smile. We recently tried Nonstop for the first time when another trucking company we have been using messed up ...again. It was a last minute run but Nonstop saved the day! We spoke with Zach who was awesome! He coordinated everything seamlessly and gave us a fair price. The driver who came to pick up the freight was courteous and professional. I plan to use Nonstop exclusively for all my trucking needs, thanks guys!

Wonderful staff… Every time I’ve used their services in person or over the phone, everyone has been very congenial and helpful. *** I must commend the Owner/Manager, Harry for handling a particularly sensitive encounter with an upset female customer who couldn’t properly navigate her Amazon app on her phone to locate the return instructions. She was both flustered and started getting irate loudly stating she was getting really mad and Harry remained calm and stated, “we handle many of these types of returns and I’m more than happy to help you if you allow me to show you on your phone.” He ultimately was able to assist her but it wasn’t without a lot of frustration on her part, despite the fact it had nothing to do with him or the UPS services. She made everyone rather uncomfortable with her behavior and after she departed I commended him and the staff for handling the situation with sensitivity and calm!!! Great job everyone👏👏👏

Excellent service today. Senthil was able to pack and ship my box and two envelopes quickly without issue. Much better parking here than the UPS store downtown. I will ship all of my packages here now!

My husband and I recently relocated to NC from out of state, and needed to ship a number of somewhat large and heavy boxes, and needed to have them stored until we had a place to live lined up and were able to come pick them up. I called this UPS location and Naomi was super helpful in answering all my questions about this process and promptly getting me the necessary paperwork. (The price was also really reasonable!) On pick-up day, Naomi and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, and even helped us load our boxes into our truck. They really turned what could have been a huge hassle, into a very painless and smooth experience.

These guys are AMAZING! No LINE!!! No WAIT!!! This was the highlight of my day, until I was greeted with a warming SMILE! But not to mention, the most SYMPATHETIC, COMPASSIONATE, PATIENT, & most UNDERSTANDING young man in customer service in such a long time I had to leave a ***** REVIEW…..

I have been to several UPS stores around the area and I have to say my experience has been fairly average. I went to this UPS store expecting the same thing, but was very surprised. Geraldine greeted every person in the store and was not only incredibly attentive, but was quickly getting people through the process. All of this with a smile on her face. I even accidentally brought in FEdEx packages (whoops - the competition!). She was able to inform me of where to go and even gave me some packing slips to secure the labels and taped up the boxes to insure safe delivery. I will never go to another ups store as long as I am living in Raleigh. Thank you Geraldine! I can see why you are the manager of this store, and should be an example that UPS uses for managers at all store fronts.

Had a great experience at this store. Was in and out fast, the staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The owner even came by to say hello and make sure I received good service. The store was clean and well kept. I will drive by a store closer to my house to use this location based off my experience.

Enjoy going to this store UPS Store . It is convenient and everyone is always pleasant to work with. In particular Will(Liam) stands out for acknowledging everyone as they enter the store. He makes a difference making you feel important. It’s always a pleasure to see him there. He is quick and efficient very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I thank Morgan for helping me! I always have a few returns randomly and I'll see her working behind the counter. She’s super nice and quick but this time she helped me out tremendously with finding a receipt that I longer had and only have the return QR code. It took a bit and I was in no way rushing though I felt bad with holding up the line (Thankfully other workers were there) Overall, than you again Morgan!

This is always my go-to for UPS package shipments. Most of the time it is for Amazon returns and then sometimes, I have my own pre-paid packages to mail. I visited this morning (/, 9ish am), and Veronica was the only one working at the time being. She had three customers before me, myself, and, two customers behind me. The current customer she was assisting was in need of pack and ship - UPS packs and ships your items, you pay a premium for this service. She was going as fast as she could and she kept us inform that she was sorry for the wait. As she was nearing finishing with this customer, another UPS associate came in to work, a younger gentlemen. He got straight to work and assisted the next customer in line. Both of the UPS associates worked in a timely manner and were very friendly to the customers. I ended up being helped by Veronica and she was so pleasant and friendly, given the somewhat chaotic environment due to the rush of customers all at once, first thing in the am. I just had two packages to drop off and then she kindly handed me a receipt upon apologizing again for the wait. I was in no rush and expect longer lines at UPS and the like, this time of year. Veronica and the other gentleman did a fantastic job this morning while assisting customers and keeping a friendly vibe the entire time. This is why this is my go-to UPS location and always will be!

7/, had me in and out for an amazon return within a minute or two. Couple people waiting to get things shipped out or picked up, but it was moving along pretty quickly for a Monday afternoon. They have PO boxes, a plotter, some decent looking printers, and a PC. Plus all the shipping boxes you could need. Overall, a standard UPS store that I'll come back to again.
