This company processes a variety of meats for the wholesale market. Not for the public but, they are always hiring!

I love this place greatest wholesale place in town and they got all your Rico needs and got candy ect. They have raspas supplies and simlar products as well, a lot of stuff for sale to like vending machines popcorn machines nacho machines good people here at Liberty's cash-and-carry. I can always depend on their services. They're usually open Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 and in the Sumner they are open from 9 to 1 on Saturday.

This stuff is the real deal. The purée is a game changer for enhancing depth and flavor in everything from bolognese sauce, to bbq and chicken molé. The black garlic coffee rub is also phenomenal as a seasoning on any steak. Highly recommend it!!

This is the first time ever ordering from Don Pedro’s Molino in the Woodlawn area: I called my suegros, who live very close by, to recommend them. Everything was delicious! They are exceptional — the tortillas were perfect, the salsas were amazing, the tamales were excellent (the masa wasn’t too thick and the relleno ((we ordered chicken)) was perfectly seasoned. Even my side order was prepared and packaged well, and let’s not forget the star of the show — the barbacoa was super delicious! I love that you can order all meat barbacoa (there was not even a hint of fat on the meat) and also, the ability to order in 1/2 lb increments. This Molino checks all the boxes for me!
