Purchasing our new Eucalyptus floors at Hardwood Bargains was an easy and smart move. The showroom is very sleek and comfy. Plenty of options to consider and very reasonable prices. Clayton gave me great pricing options on the two styles I was considering, plus options for delivery and installation. I highly recommend buying your floors from Hardwood Bargains.

We replaced the floor and baseboards of our entire house using Floors Next Day. This was our first major house project, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome! The fantastic reviews (which is a big factor on why we chose them) are absolutely true and well deserved. Sam was great to deal with, very knowledgeable, professional, and very patient (we changed our minds a few times). There was no pushy sales pitches or anything. The installation crew was great as well. They finished ahead of schedule and the work was flawless. They answered all of my questions, gave tips on how best to maintain, and were friendly and professional. All in all, we are extremely satisfied customers and would highly recommend Floors Next Day to anyone.

Phenomenal company. We used Angie's List initially to find them and they came out and did a bid for our flooring. It was a big job that included tearing old tile in our kitchen befoe putting down hardwoods. Their staff was friendly, showed up consistently on-time and our floors finish is amazing. 2 years later I had a toilet leak and ruin a small bit of our floor. I brought them back in and they repaired the floor for minimal expense and it is back to being new. Would use these guys time and time again. You don't find customer service like this anymore.

This is the third house that Supreme Hardwood Floors has helped us with - we are so lucky to have them in our city! Each house they have done has been very different but whatever the request and whatever the challenge they rise to the occasion and stamp the floor and our house with their artistic flair and their incredible depth of knowledge about their products. They can do anything and do it beautifully - they won't be satisfied until its perfect. Matt and his crew did an amazing job replacing all of the flooring in my house with vinyl plank (~2k sqft), and were even able to stick to their original timeframe they provided. The owner, Gladys, is % involved in every step of the process and follow thru until the job is complete. She is an impressive owner proprietor and she leaves no stone unturned to ensure your flooring job is complete, properly installed & that she has a satisfied customer. I had previously contacted numerous flooring companies that were less than stellar in their follow thru, knowledge and care of customer needs. I was so frustrated with the other companies. I called Gladys at TexBest Floors and from the second she answered the phone I knew she was a knowledgeable flooring expert. She invited us to her store and we could not have been more pleased with everything she explained to us. She was spot on with her knowledge. She got us the exact flooring we wanted. She scheduled and did floors in a very timely manner. Everything was perfect. Eduardo and his crew are exceptional - from the first time we met with Eduardo through the entire installation process, they have shown their unending dedication to the customer. Our consultation was fun, informative, and our expectations were set clearly - the install of the flooring was great, the quality of the materials is too-notch, and even when they had to return to fix a small problem, the coordination and communication was spot on. Could not have asked for a better experience - use these guys over the big box guys, you won’t regret it.

I had AFF South install ~ sqft of hardwood flooring + baseboards in April '. I spoke with 5+ different flooring companies and went with AFF South because they were able to quickly find the product I was looking for when other companies weren't able to. Product variation was one of my main concerns and they ordered a full box so I could get a better sense of exactly what to expect. Victor was the TL of the install crew. The installation went smoothly, starting and finishing exactly on schedule and on budget. The bid that I originally received represented exactly what I paid, so it was refreshing that there was no price creep. I would use this company again for future projects.

Great sales service as they come right out to your home with a plethora of samples. The carpet is great but honestly the best part of this was the installation. Two really professional young men did a perfect job in about three and a half hours. Sal and Miguel are top notch company representatives. I would recommend Empire % to anyone. Ben Horton

David and his team did an excellent job of putting in our vinyl plank floors! I’m so glad we chose to work with David because you get a personable experience and talk directly with him and he is always prompt when calling back. He went above and beyond for us and we are really happy!!

Huge thanks to Lori! She knew product and did a wonderful job of negotiating with the mill to get us a great price, fast shipping and we literally picked up our purchase in hours. Granted we were super close to the mill and the Freight company was in my zip code. Great Job Lori!! I will definitely pass your info along to all my friends looking for quality products at an incredibly affordable price!!

I recently re-did the carpet and hardwood in my new house. I went to a couple of other stores but wasn't really happy with the service or their selections. A friend recommended Schroeder Carpet and I made an appointment that day. The people were so nice. I finally felt like someone listened to me about what I needed in my home. Choosing carpet and hardwood can be very overwhelming (there are so many choices!). They helped me choose some affordable Stainmaster carpet for the kids rooms, a nice wool for me and the hubby and a beautiful oak hardwood for the downstairs. They even install! Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and the installation. I wish I hadn't wasted my time at the other stores!

I have had the most amazing experience working with Chuck Caudill. He has done three of my homes in the past and cannot rave enough about the excellent service!!!

My partner and I are Realtors in Austin, Tx and used Buffaloe Floors and Up to replace carpet in a home we were preparing to sell. We selected a vinyl flooring product that was commensurate with the home we were listing. Buffaloe Floors did an outstanding job of replacing the floors. They got it done quickly, showed up on time, and left the job clean every day. Additionally, when we ran into problems with delivery of the product that was initially selected due to Covid supply chain issues, they worked with us to make sure we were % satisfied with a different selection. We will be using them again!
