Mr. Juan built a wood bridge for us to cross a small ditch in the yard and he repaired my wood fence. He and his Team were flexible, they worked with my schedule and did an excellent job. The team was very professional and the price for the work done was very reasonable. I have their number programmed in my phone and I recommend their service. 👍🏼

Scott has done several projects at our home over the last couple of weeks. We're very happy with the work he and his team have done for us. He's a good communicator and keeps you informed of the schedule and progress. They also do a good job of cleaning up the work site before they leave each day. We'll be using Scott again for other projects in the near future. I have no reservations about recommending Small Time Construction for any type of home renovation project, big or small.

Love these guys. They replaced my siding and painted the exterior and installed sub-flooring and vinyl flooring on the interior. I now feel like I have a new house thanks to this Christian-based company. I highly recommend them for any of your household needs.

Chris Allen was recommended to us from 2 unrelated people. We hired Chris to renovate our kitchen and could not be more pleased with the result. They moved walls, reworked electrical plumbing and flooring, replaced cabinets/drywall/trim/wainscot and installed appliances. The project went by quicker than we anticipated, and progress did not slow as it neared completion. We were impressed at how quickly Chris responded to “the last 5%” to get the project closed out to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Chris and his team. TN Topcoats did concrete surface finishing for our patio and front entry. They did a superb job....it looks WONDERFUL!! They were on time, professional, answered all our questions, friendly, and even offered to help us move things back on our patio and front porch the next day. They did a fantastic job on the floors for my two full bathrooms! (See pics) I knew I wanted something environmentally friendly but nicer than the peeling linoleum that was installed when my townhouse was built. David immediately identified a new type of flooring I’d never heard of (marboleum) that perfectly met those needs. Waterproof, sturdy, nicer than linoleum, and very environmentally conscious. I love my new bathroom floors!
