Great training from excellent instructors. An all round great day and now I can fly with great skill and confidence.

It was a birthday gift and I loved it. Mark was super nice and neighbourly since our first contact over the phone. I wanted to fly at the same time as my partner so Mike and his colleague were there at the same time so we did fly together and we even got really close to each other and got some nice pictures and videos and enjoyed it all just like I wished for.

I flew with Sarah with my dad for a three day mountain flying course. Unsure what to expect, I went in with an open mind and blown away. Never having flown in the mountains, it was an eye opener to realize the respect the mountains need, as well as how beautiful the area is. Sarah was very helpful to correct my bad habits that I've picked up over the last few years, as well as learn new techniques for flying over ridges, close to terrain, and emergency procedures over mountains. Each day was filled with ground training, then a flight to practice what we reviewed. I am very grateful for the experience as I start to dip my feet in mountain flying. Thanks Sarah!

That statement alone should sell itself, however the supportive climate and caliber of the instructors is what really sets JB Aeronautics apart. Their safety record is outstanding and they are anything but a pilot mill. I am extremely grateful I did not decide on one of the larger schools with all glass panel fleets. Their rates are very reasonable and the Tomahawk is one of, if not the finest training aircraft ever manufactured. I completed my PPL for under , and felt very prepared for the check-ride thanks to the training and mentoring at JBA.
