Awesome staff and location. Check out Arvin's HPF classes at 1: pm on Fridays- great workouts to well curated playlists, obviously takes pride in his class. Also check out Debbie's classes, highly knowledgeable! Definitely recommend trying this place out. They offer all kinds of different yoga classes for different skill levels. If you are more into strength training, they also have a class called Sculpt that is really fun and a challenging workout- it is a class with weight lifting, yoga, and cardio all set to music. Check out Arvin's sculpt class at the CorePower Mockingbird Station location, Thursdays at 3:pm, if you are interested in trying it out.

The trainers are patient with the newbies and also push the regulars to perform their best! I've been a member since Dec and I just love it here. give em a try, u won't regret it!

It was suggested to me through a close friend that I visit GTP for my neck and shoulder pain. Working from home and staring at monitors has resulted my neck and shoulders always feeling “tight”. As I entered GTP, I felt a sense of quality and care. Neatly placed books, meticulously-organized training equipment, and friendly trainers. Dr. Tee introduced himself and explained the needling process he would be performing. Throughout the needling, Dr. Tee was very kind and genuinely cared and listened when I pointed to areas on my neck and shoulders that hurt most. When Dr. Tee asked me to standup, I was at first shocked at the mobility when turning my head left to right. I politely asked Dr. Tee to make me an appointment in two weeks. Highly recommend and I hope that GTP can provide you the same level of relief it has for me.

I joined the Barre Code around 6 months ago. I like that they gave you a few free classes so you could try out the options they have. Chelsea and Danielle were so welcoming and friendly. I didn’t feel new at all! I absolutely loved Brawl. I started taking Heathers classes and couldn’t be more happy. Its the perfect work out because there is just enough moves to keep you on your toes. I love how she coaches and pumps you up all class and remembers your name. 5/5!!! If you have a chance to check it out DO IT!

Where do I start? First of all, my 3 young kids just love Master Lee and Instructor Matthew. They are great with all the kids. Every week my kids look forward to their class. When my kids had joined the class from day one last Fall, I saw big change in their personalities within the first week of trying out the class. I knew then they were in good hands. I also know whatever they are learning from Master Lee and Instructor Matthew they will apply that to their life outside of the Academy. I highly recommend the Academy for any parents who wish to see their kid(s) grow in a positive way.

At Offbeat, everyone from the staff, instructors and members, are truly amazing!!!. Offbeat is not only a studio where you get a workout, you also have fun and you are part of the amazing community they have created. If you ever feel intimidated going to a studio alone, you don't have to feel that way at Offbeat because it is welcoming and everyone here genuinely cares for one another. If you ever feel like you are not athletic enough or motivated enough to commit to a studio, that will not be the case at Offbeat. The instructors really motivate you to push and prove to yourself that you are stronger than you think. I can say that I see so much personal growth in myself as well, and this is because you can really learn a lot from the inspiring instructors and everyone at Offbeat. So thank you Offbeat!

What an incredible program Ali has created at AFS Fitness! At , I had considered myself in “good shape” as I have been active my entire adult life primarily with weight training. However, this body transformational program has allowed me to achieve physical fitness unlike anything I have ever accomplished in my previous years with a gym memberships! Truly transformational! The entire Team at AFS are incredible motivators and an inspiration to their clients, and now I consider them my new friends! I also have never seen nor imagined such an incredible range of equipment available for training. If you are looking to get into the best shape you have ever been in your life, I would highly recommend joining Ali and his Team with this program! It's more than just personal training, it's truly transformational!

I've worked with Jeremy for about 3 months now and I've been very pleased with the results to date. I'm in middle age with next to no prior gym experience and Jeremy has been perfect for my needs in assessing my current state, guiding my workouts in response, and keeping me appropriately challenged with minimal risk of injury. I do my part, he does his, and I'm reaping the benefits. One can't ask for anything more. My highest recommendation and endorsement.
