As an Operating Engineer in charge of Fire/Life Safety in a large facility, I have had the pleasure of having a professional relationship with this company for almost a year now, seeing them at least once a week, every week. When Don Stokes tells me he or one of his techs will be on site, they are here at the given time. If they don't make the appointment time, I know well in advance with a rescheduled appointment. In the instances this has occurred, I have never had to call and ask where they're at; they call me first every time. I am completely satisfied with the service and level of professionalism Don and each member of his team provides, even when they let me jump in and make a hand instead of just watching them.

What a great new location/store. This place is way better than the older place. Prices can be kind of high, but these are the best products you can get. They have a huge selection for all your building/contracting needs. They also have great sales periodically if you follow their Facebook page. I got a set of 3 drills, impact drivers, and hammer drills, plus 2 extra batteries and charger for about $, normal prices would have been over $ sold separately. Their customer service is phenomenal and will help you with whatever you need or in whatever way they possibly can.
