Extremely clumsy and unprofessional. Forgot to file 2 of my franchise taxes on time and one totally forgotten. Cost me close to 1k to rectify the situation on my own after he refused to fix his mistakes without another filing fee. Basically charged me to file and wanted to charge me again to fix his incompetent work. I would not work with him ever again and won’t advise anyone else to do so. Find a CPA you don’t have to educate about taxes

Serious customer service. Adil will educate you and work hard to make sure your money gets put to good use. Even with the current problems we are having with COVID-, I’m at ease with Adil managing my portfolio. I highly recommend M&A.
