Chasity is a fantastic massage therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to get to the root of your issues and help you make the necessary changes. Highly recommend!

I was referred by the VA to help with my back pain. The treatments have helped tremendously with my back issues. The staff is outstanding, caring,friendly, knowledgeable and beautiful people just to be around. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent and the atmosphere is so refreshing and relaxing. Thank you so very much for everything that you do for me.

Wonderful practitioner who takes the time to get to know you and asks questions that a western doctor will not. She is highly knowledgeable and has a great manner. She made me feel at ease and like I was her only patient by providing undivided attention. She will encourage you and hold your hand as you begin a journey to better health. I would recommend her and the clinic to anyone looking for a holistic and caring experience!

Dr. Johnson is amazing and has been a blessing to my husband & I. She was right there with us throughout the good times and bad times of our IVF journey and we knew that she had our best interest at heart. I could count on her to be honest with us, even if it was something I didn’t want to hear. She worked hard to find a treatment to specifically meet our needs and was always there to lean on during the process. We welcomed our baby girl in April and we cannot thank Dr. Johnson enough for helping our dream of becoming parents come true. She will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you again, Dr. Johnson!

I am not sure why people are giving 1 star reviews for CFI. When it comes to insurance costs, etc that’s something you as an individual should be responsible for checking with your insurance carrier prior to any procedure(s). Similar to going grocery shopping, you look at the price before you purchase, right? Moving forward, Dr. Y and his team are phenomenal! During my consultation Dr. Y was very thorough and he provided detailed responses with every question I asked. Nurse practitioner, Beverly, Debbie and Shay are all super sweet and know their job well. Ms. Debbie and Ms. Shay always return my calls and they’re always patient. My only regret is that I wish I would’ve started with this clinic years ago. Dr. Y and his team are doing everything in their power so that my husband and I can start our family and for that, thank you in advance Dr. Y & the rest of the CFI Team!! If you’re in the Charlotte area and looking for a fertility clinic and don’t want to waste your time, look no further! :) Edit *** I don’t know how I forgot to add this but, KUDOS to Sierra at the front desk, she is so sweet and very professional. Highly highly recommend the Women’s Institute! Dr. Usadi and her amazing staff gave me my son and have been a big part of my life for the last 5+ years. We’re trying and praying for another miracle and I trust we’ll get there with the help of Dr. Usadi and her wonderful nurses. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I absolutely loved my time there as much as possible given the circumstances of needing fertility help. It’s a very complicated and expensive process and the staff did a great job of helping my husband and I though it. They did a thorough check on both of us, and found what the problem was. They gave us our options in a matter of fact way without steering us in any direction. We chose to go through IVF, and because it’s such a complicated process, they gave us a brief overview and then while we went through it, they gave us more details as we got to each step. My only complaint is that for blood work and ultrasound, which you do every couple of days when you are working to grow the eggs before you retrieve them, you go in at 7 AM with everyone else who is doing the same thing. So you have to wait in line, but I was usually out by 8 AM so I didn’t miss too much work. The whole process was pretty easy, just a lot of steps. I thought they communicated well and answered my questions fully and in a timely manner. After I got pregnant with their help, I had a couple of follow up appointments to make sure everything looked good before sending me to my OB GYN for normal prenatal visits. I am quite sad that we have to find a new clinic since we have moved to a different state.
