The 10 Best Farms in Blairstown, New Jersey

Farms in Blairstown, New Jersey, US.

"There steaks are absolutely to die for. They were nice and tendor and the filet migon didn’t shrink at all! They gave us such a warm family welcome! Chavon rogers was so nice and just absolutely amazing!"

"I cooked a mock "porchetta" with a pork shoulder roast from Southtown Farms (which I bought at the Hoboken Farmers Market) and it was one of the best pieces of meat i have ever cooked. Exceptionally flavorful in a way that I don't ever find in supermarket roast, and marbled with fat but not overly so. I also am very selective about where I buy pork as I don't want to support confinement farming so I was really happy that not only is this a great product, but the animals are raised comfortably. I highly recommend!"

"The most beautiful flowers and such wonderful owners. The prices are unbelievable as well. I'll definitely be back!!"

"The meat and eggs sold at Cedar Ridge Farm is the best quality at fair and reasonable prices! You will not get a better quality product! The family is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate you! Know your farmer, you can’t go wrong!"

"Great little place for apples and pumpkins, nice selection of baked goods too!"

"Such a beautiful and friendly place. Great selection of trees, very reasonable price. Kids were offered candy canes and you should have seen the shocked look on my face as I was handed a honey bear filled with local honey as a thank you. Would recommend highly!!"

"Nice people, good selection of trees, even if we were coming last minute. Out if the way, but good prices and a scenic ride home made it worth our trip."

"Patti worked with me from afar, responding to various emails from my mother and I as I planned my Hudson Valley wedding from home in CA. She used my Pinterest page to create a custom order of DIY buckets with matching bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, and a hairpiece, all for a very reasonable price. I absolutely loved the variety of flowers she chose, which matched my aesthetic perfectly--vintage but wild. I was able to easily arrange the selection into mason jars for the centerpieces (see photo). We received so many compliments from guests (and even the Mohonk florist!)! My parents and I really enjoyed the leisurely drive down to Little Big Farm the day before the wedding. Pick-up was simple and easy and we enjoyed a warm welcome from Patti and Buttercup. The flowers remained fresh and beautiful through an outdoor wedding reception on the hottest and most humid day in recent memory!"

"Great apple picking experience. There's no charge to enter, you only pay for what you pick/buy. They have wagons, baskets, bags and apple pickers all right at the entrance. You are also given a guide book explaining the different apple varieties. This place is no frills so maybe not perfect for very little kids, but if you're just looking for great apple picking, this place fits the bill."

"Koski’s Farm is the absolute best place around for Christmas Trees! The trees are gorgeous—full, various sizes and species, and clearly well-cared for. Everyone who works at Koski’s Farm is so kind and helpful. Additionally, I am a regular customer of their other farm goods. Their maple syrup is phenomenal, and I look forward to it every season. I had the chance to try their honey recently. It is a new offering, and it is so delicious! I would wholeheartedly recommend Koski’s Farms for not only their Christmas trees but their other products as well."

"I am very happy with the meat and customer service. They return all calls and texts and even come in early when I ask. As a single mom the prices are very affordable and the staff is so helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family ! 10. Stars all the way"
