Michael Durbin is fantastic! He is kind, he listens, he seems to truly care and is through. He is wonderful to work with, empathetic and CRAZY FAST in responding to any and all questions. His office is also super expedient and helpful and I really have appreciated the care I've received from him and his staff. His nurse is also as sweet as can be. If you're looking for a primary, and what somone who'll listen and guide you to their best ability, give Michael Durbin a try! He's highly responsive to questions through my chart and is patient. 5 stars!

Dr Bundy and his staff, are the best professionals in Mooresville. I have seen doctors from Piedmont and Atrium and they were pitiful. It's a disgrace. Thank Jesus for Dr Bundy - he's the man! 😁🥰

minutes late for an appointment. They marked as a no show. Not even a dr…a PA Rude front office personnel. No empathy at all. Had to sign out of school and work. Oh but if they make you late or hold you up it’s a different story….that’s ok it’s your time.

Def a Dr you can trust! We love Dr.Penhall! We had the hardest time finding a good pcp when we moved here from out of state. I'm so thankful we finally found our doctor! He takes times his time + never rushes you. When I first came to see him I was struggling with several different health issues and he has helped me so much! I love that he treats the patient and not just the symptoms. Very friendly + great disposition! Office staff + nurses are all wonderful as well. Can't say enough good things about em!

This visit was to establish a new Dr patient relationship. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. K is just awesome. He addressed all of my concerns and took the time to get to know me and my medical history. The nurse that took my vitals was super super sweet and made me feel at ease. This was exactly what I was looking for.

THEE best! Yes, this guy really cares as does his entire team! He is wholistic health oriented and understands body, mind and spirit rather than just writing out a quick fix or prescription when complementary and alternative medicine may provide a better answer. You are treated as human being, not a number. Dr Cook is competent, caring and thorough and is the first doctor I trust since moving to NC years ago. We need to clone him! Truly a "model" MD.

I was searching for a new primary care in Mooresville, and can say my search is over. The entire staff from the front desk, to nursing, to Elizabeth Hayes (NP), were an absolute pleasure! Extremely professional and knowledgeable with wonderful personalities. I'd be happy to recommend to all friends and family!!!

The admin staff are rude and incompetent. They changed my appointment without telling me. Did not find out until I got to my am appointment. First they changed just the time. I figured I better call ahead next time, so I did and now they changed the date from // to 1//. When I called and asked why they did not inform me of the changes, the admin said “ I don’t know what happened, but it is not my fault” and then hung up on me. I called back and calmly asked to speak with her boss and she hung up again.
