I currently work here. And I had Smile procedure done 1 week ago. Everything is way soooo good, Sharp vision and I don't experience much glares or halos. But there's only one disadvantage: why have I waited for so many years to make up my mind!!! My eyes are sensitive and susceptible to seasonal change and dry weather. Wearing contacts always makes my eyes super dry. I also suffered from surface defect, which might lead to severe problems if not treated timely, due to contact use. I was hesitant to have the surgery because I was afraid that the surgery would escalate my dry eye condition. However, without wearing contacts or even glasses, the symptoms actually improve. Now I can see / (which is better than /). If there's an earthquake hitting at night, I don't have to look for my glasses before running. Lol Thank you everybody! Thank this company for giving me a better than / vision in !

Dr. Judy Cao is amazing at what she does . She was so patient and helpful with my daughter. Today was my daughters first eye exam and she made her felt so comfortable that my daughter said the exam was so fun. Prizes at the end for your little ones which made it extra fun. Dr. Cao is so sweet and took her time to explain the exam . The staff were also friendly and helpful . I picked up a few sun glasses, lenses and contact lenses a while back. They also helped me adjust my glasses and were so patient with whatever I needed help with . I love that they have a wide selection of frames here to choose from. Overall I had a great experience here. Will be going here now for my eye exam and glasses . Friendly doctor and staff. Great customer service!

San Gabriel Family Optometry and Dr. Chao have been such a blessing to my family. My daughter's reading skills improved greatly through their Vision Therapy. Both of my children are doing better at school because of their glasses. Dr. Chao always takes her time and is so patient with them. The office staff is kind and friendly as well. They have been very kind about helping with appointments.

Note to management of California Eye Specialists. You have a good staff but they are clearly overwhelmed with the volume you try to push through the centers. An 8 to week appointment wait is unacceptable, especially if one has something that can't wait that long. Perhaps you could also update your phone answer recordings at the office saying you don't call back too. That has wasted precious time. This is a systemic problem as often times the huge IPAs like Optum give you no other choice.

I have been condescended to by multiple doctors at this establishment. The one positive experience I have had was with Dr. Gutmark (eye surgeon), who was amazing. Other experiences have been horrible, as I have been dismissed about most concerns.

I originally found Brighter Optical when I was searching for an optical shop to put prescription lenses in a pair of designer sunglasses I already owned. The price was affordable, the turnaround was timely, and the customer service was superior. I have since gone back twice for similar transactions and they've done an outstanding job on every occasion. The store is organized and showcases a great selection of frames. Raymond is a friendly, helpful, and trustworthy businessman who really values customer satisfaction. I especially appreciated his ability to be flexible with the time I picked up my sunglasses (a little later than the advertised business hours). I'm definitely looking forward to using Brighter Optical again in the future!

I came to this location in late August to get/purchase my new prescription glasses. Choosing glasses was fairly easy, and the staff was the best part about this place. They walked me through what I could get, add-ons, prices, etc. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for new glasses, or an appointment for themselves. Dr. Lam is excellent!!! He takes his time to listen to your concerns and thorough during the exam-he explains everything very clearly and very professional! His office is very clean and high-end equipments. We are very happy patients!!! Thank you Dr. Lam.

This is my third year of with Dr. Patel and she is super friendly and makes the atmosphere very welcoming and fun. She genuinely cares about what she does and the patient she is serving. The entire process is smooth, informative and quick to the end.

Great experience, great customer service and glad to see some of the workers who have known me for years, such as Dr. Patel and Victor, once again. Highly recommend and glad to continue being a customer of Target Optical. I honestly feel like it’s a lot easier when the workers know you well enough to already have an idea of the service you’re going to most likely need. Glad to come back again.

Great Service! Went for our first time to get my husband's prescription and they were so helpful there! Everything was clear. We learned about the lens and they even gave us some tips. Great prices too! Very fair.

I have been coming here for years and I dread the day I'll need to switch optometrists. The whole team is excellent; receptionists, assistants, and doctors alike. The facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. All information is given to you upfront and insurance coverage options are thoroughly explained prior to service. Plenty of free parking is available in their lot and on the street. Big selection of eyewear and contact lenses. I appreciate most that I am always given samples and feel well taken care of after every visit. Highly recommend!

My mother came here for cataract surgery, and the surgery was a failure. Got astigmatism in one eye while the vision of the other eye was still as bad as before. Doctor claims the surgery was a success, and for an additional price of $ more, he can try to fix where he messed up.... All he thinks about is money and gauging.

Went for another annual check up and nonetheless had a great experience here. Have been going here for years and the staff is always great. I truly hope nothing changes because they always make you feel like you’re at home. Dr. Van Woerkom was also great as always! Because of that, I left with ordering some frames as well!

I've never received better or more detailed care from a health provider than I have from Dr. Lam at MPO. He explains everything that's going on with your eyes using 3D models and in laymen's terms. On several appointments he's spent up to an hour working with me trying different brands and adjusting my prescription slightly in different directions to ensure I have / with soft lenses. If only every doctor out there personalized patient treatment the same way!
