The venue is beautiful marcia and her family are amazing to work with! Her prices are very fair she communicates with you as much as you need and she provides quite a bit. I would highly recommend this beautiful venue to any and every one 😊

Oh. My. God are these guys amazing! They carried an insanely busy wedding season (thanks to Covid pushing things back and back) and were still on it and attentive through our big day. This is a family team that hosts ceremonies and receptions on their property, and it is a stunning location. I attended a wedding with a few of my guests in Martha's Vineyard a couple years ago, and they raved about this location more so than that famed area. The backdrop is a looming large Mt. Rainier. Their teams were attentive during, but I only saw them when I needed them. I'm not the type that says employees shouldn't be seen or something like that, but their ability to accomplish everything they did without being a distraction was unbelievable. They operated like a year business, not a 1.5 year family team. On top of their incredible service and overall pleasantness to talk with, they truly offer an incredible package. You get a bridal cottage with one large suite for the bride and her party, and a second good sized room with a second bathroom for the boys. Between is a living space with a kitchen, and this is all right next to the venue itself. The catering team gets use of an almost commercial kitchen with large commercial coolers, an ice maker, large sinks, tons of counter space, and much more, and it is located just outside a door that leads right to the bar. They provide tables (including rectangular ones for buffet/head tables, and round ones for dinner), chairs, an arbor, ample parking, and staff to grab the garbage and help with cleanup etc. I'm sure there's stuff I'm missing as well, but the above should be more than enough to let you know these guys, and their location, should be at the top of your list.

An incredible relaxed atmosphere, lush landscaping, serene water features, the most glorious hand-forged architecture inside the house itself, great space to 'get ready' outdoor restroom for catering, staff, or guests, outdoor 'tiki' bar. Elegant but not stuffy. insane value for our saturday July wedding without the crazy high price of other venues in the area. Owner works with you and even helped us take down the next day. Beautiful strong lights/tulle draping from my wedding I left for them to use at the venue. we really had such a good time. neighbors are really nice about parking too, which is ample in the farm type neighborhood. Enjoy it!!!!

I had the pleasure of officiating my first wedding at The Venue. The Venue allows for many options for bride and groom to choose where they would want to have their ceremony. My couple had the ceremony against the lushest back drop of green pine. This spot is a great choice for any couple who wants the ease of having ceremony and reception in one spot. The Venue brings high class quality to the backyard wedding.

Great mix of modern and rustic. Playground is great. Bathrooms open. Walking trails are nice.

I am a wedding planner and have had the opportunity to work quite a few weddings at this venue. I love so many things that they offer. From the option to stay all weekend so couples have more time to relax and enjoy themselves, to the greenery everywhere, and endless photo opportunities. I highly recommend this wedding venue!

I have used The Oliver as a Mini Session Venue a few times and will continue to use it for a Minis Photo Studio because Ashlie is amazing. Not only is the space a perfect blank slate to create whatever you can dream up but Ashlie will help design a set with the deep stock of props and decor she already has available. Another great attribute is the easy access to parking. I would recommend this to any photographer that needs a studio for minis.

This is a beautiful venue, the grounds and buildings are well maintained and gorgeous. I officiated my brother's wedding here, and had a terrific experience. Mackenzie, the on-staff coordinator, was professional, accommodating, and flexible.

This was such a fun friends date! We were able to follow along and still enjoy visiting amongst each other! I look forward to checking out their Friday happy hour painting deals and to having more girls nights here!! The instructions are easy to follow and the instructors are amazing and full of personality and very helpful. It can seem pricey, but the quality of supplies and authenticity of the experience and final painting definitely make it feel like a good deal(because it is a good deal).

Great place for events. It's got all of the amenities you need to keep a lot of people happy without taking over your budget. It's a grange, not a convention center.

Hands down the best steaks I've ever grilled. They are a little more expensive but if you have any special occasion grill days, I recommend this place.

Awesome collection of vehicles. Be prepared to walk and take a lot of pics. Give yourself time so you can fully appreciate the museum.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience planning our wedding at this venue. Both Courtney and Lisa were so kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony followed by an amazing indoor reception. Planning during a pandemic was not easy but I am so pleased and grateful for my experience with the Five2Five. I would highly recommend this venue and the wonderful ladies who run it! ❤

Beautiful House and Decor. This is the Dream Home you would want to live in. Priced very modestly for the quality and service. My wife and I have never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast before. We will be here again!
