Great customer service. My daughter bought me a beautiful ring here and the diamond fell out twice so they let me exchange it for a different one with no questions asked. I definitely will be back.

I've purchased many guitars and basses here, in I got a Squire Jazz Bass for under a dollars, an Ibanez gio for under and a Gibson Sg Traditional for out the door. All of them have been lovely axes and the managers have been great about meeting me in prices when possible. The other locations have also all been great, feeding my constant urge to buy more guitar equipment.

Very good customer service. We had an issue with one of our deliveries but it was solved quickly and they made it right without hassle. Every salesperson has always been extremely helpful in store. Quality of furniture has always been good since we bought our first piece from them in . Quality of the more expensive pieces is obviously better than their more budget-friendly items, but it’s nice that they offer a wide range of choices for every budget.

I ended up stopping in here solely based on the reviews I saw on Google…and they were extremely accurate! I was helped by a Joan (pronounced John) and a Justin. They could not have been more helpful or professional or personable, they even worked with me on a piece that I really wanted to purchase! I cannot stress how great of an environment this is, not your typical pawn shop where what they offer is what you get. They will spend all the time they need with you going over options, payment time-frames, etc. Honestly the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a pawnshop. I now have a gorgeous tennis bracelet on layaway that I cannot wait to pick up! Thank you both Joan and Justin, y’all have another happy customer!

We had the best experience with Jay today. The most professional and welcoming service. We sent over a design that we wanted laser cut for a project. He made a sample for us in less than minutes. It was beyond what we could have imagined. It turned out perfectly and will be ready for pickup the next day. Reasonable and fair pricing for your laser needs.

Professional, friendly, and fast service. Had a broken fender liner and they saw to me within a few minutes once I got there. Will be coming back if I need any more repairs.

Great customer service. The employee walked through step by step as I get ready to turn the phone in and checked off his list. He notified me that it would be an hour or so before they fix it. As soon as I get home he notified me that due to an issue with whom ever fixed it last it would take much longer. I appreciated that! I highly recommend this place and the price for the service wasn’t too bad either!!
