Well, if you are in the market for a new TV, you’d better buckle up! Our ” 7 yr. old Samsung started with an issue of a dark line across the screen (see 1st pic), so I started researching the myriad of televisions made. Also, tv repair guy told me “don’t expect to get more than yrs. out of these new TV’s”. WHAT? At these prices, that’s all you get?!?! I checked out Best Buy and bought a ” TLC, online with curbside pickup. Went last Sunday and picked it up, brought it home, had Jules Ann help me unbox it, put the brackets on the back, hooked everything up, hung it on the wall and NO PICTURE!! Just hard lines!! See 2nd pic!! Called Best Buy, and was told to bring it back for another or exchange/upgrade. Took back, was greeted by their front door guy, who was awesome! He put me in contact with a guy from the TV department and “Shawn” explained about TV’s in great detail! There are SO many choices and SO many prices, my head was spinning! He really did a great job with listening to my budget and telling me about all the options. He said ” TV’s are most companies low end options and really recommend coming up to ” or going down to ”. I opted to go BIGGER with a ” Sony. Also, best to stay “name brand” when choosing a new TV. So, that $ TLC quickly went to a $ Sony and I opted for the 5 yr. protection plan, even though I know it will break on the 5 yr. 1 week mark!! Anyway, $1, and months 0% interest to pay it off and it is GREAT!! Now, if you go for it, you will find 4K is the “big deal” now. And, after I got it, delivered this time, and Julie and I once again, hooked it up and hung it on the wall, the picture was good, but not “awesome”. So, I looked into this whole 4K thing and found we weren’t even recieving a 4K signal. I called Xfinity and was told “Oh yes Mr. Jeff, we will have to send you out a box for that. And, Mr. Jeff you will be happy to know this is a FREE box and comes with Peacock, a $4. a month value, also FREE.” Now, he must have dealt with me in the past, because I do like FREE, but I felt it necessary to remind him that “we pay $ a month for cable, internet and landlines” (yes, with my Mother here, we have landlines), he quickly told me “Yes, Mr. Jeff, I see you have been a very loyal customer and I will credit your account the $ for shipping the new 4K box 📦 out to you.” I said “Thanks, but I was really hoping to get this before the Super Bowl, since we are having a small gathering.” He said he would “get a rush on it” and damn if it did show up today!! I have hooked up this new 4K box, to the new 4K TV and WOW, it is INCREDIBLE!!! Basketball, Golf and the Olympics all look outstanding!! I’m sure football will be the same!! Movies are also looking GREAT!! I mean, who doesn’t like a BIGGER TV?!? I would definitely recommend Best Buy and I used the one in Ownings Mills, Maryland. Ask for Shawn, he knows his TV’s.

I went to the pharmacy on this visit. My normal pharmacist is no longer here, as well as the rest of the staff. The pharmacy is no where near as clean and organized as it normally is. I immediately switched all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Most of my scripts are done by mail anyway.

Good prices, clean and neat, good signage so it's not difficult to find what you are looking for. I recommend BJ's Wholesale Club.

I went in to get some quick gift for my nephew. The staff was incredibly helpful. They helped me a lot about questions I had for PS5 and explained their pro program which their customers use. I can't recommend this location highly enough.

For the past 2 months I have been searching to upgrade and switch carriers. I was originally with sprint, but I was having major problems with my phone. So, I traveled to T-Mobile thinking I wouldn't get my phone, and I was surprised. One of the employees named Aurbrey at the Owings Mills and Reisterstown location made my transition to T-Mobile smoother. He explained everything clearly, he was kind, he was patient, and we had a great conversation. Although Aubrey had other customers to attend to, I still felt that he genuinely cared about making sure my phone was working properly. Employees like Aubrey are why customers remain loyal to a company. I wish Aubrey success in his future endeavors in cyber security, and I truly appreciate him for his service on //.

This Walmart supercenter is conveniently located with easy access to and from the roadway. The store its self is pretty clean especially for a store this size. They have a very large selection of items to choose from. The staff wasn't that friendly but they did do their jobs .I would shop here again if I'm back in the area.

I enjoy perusing the racks and shelves, but their prices have really gone up too much and they seem to be moving less inventory as a result. Too pricey for below average items. On a happier note, the staff is great.

They did GREAT work. Handled and repaired my phone screen in the time it was promised (while also waiting on other customers as well!) Very friendly and accomodating, professional service. And at the best price I could find!

Quality gadgets ar affordable prices.

They weren't professional when I expressed my concerns in having a broken phone. They never told me about insurance and when I went I had to pay the full price of a phone and didn't receive any discounts. They are quick to get you in and out the door but don't take the time to explain nor offer additional features like insurance. I wont be going back to that location anymore.

Unprofessional! Cussing loudly and no one ever came over to see if i needed help. Got to the register and the guy that was going to check me out rolled his eyes when i had a question then started talking to an employee that was leaving. After getting a cigarette he painfully answered my petty questions. Too much work i guess. I did get some headway by asking more questions but overall this store was not good at all. Hopefully corporate will do better with this locationb haven't had these problems at any other Game Stop.

Both customer service representatives Justin & Joh were very polite and very helpful. I came in for a trade-in and it was the best experience ever. Both have very down to earth personalities and very much professional! Joh had very much knowledge about anything I inquired!!! Justin assisted by telling me about all the perks and goods far as T-Mobile , Thanks a lot for helping me with my situation 💜
