The service was impeccable and the price was fair. Apple store told me they could not repair the back of my phone. Nucel fixed it in minutes. The store owner is the nicest kindest person I have met in a long time. I thoroughly enjoyed my time waiting for me phone to be repaired. I wish I could rate stars.

I went to Dallas Wireless on my way to another store and was very impressed with the many types of technologies of phones, laptops, drives, note pads and many other things. I was very impress with the store clerk, Adam in how he had extensive knowledge of everything in the store. Adam was pleasant and easy to talk to.

Jerremy is a true professional. We had him upgrade our media room equipment a few months ago and suddenly switched service providers and needed his assistance in setting up our new remote. He immediately returned my call and walked us through the process and actually ended up doing it for us! He was recommended to us and we would continue to recommend him to others.

Great store However, the description yall provide for the store says that they are now open at this time (Tuesday) and they are CLOSED on Tuesdays all day long. Please correct this in the description so as to save any potential customers the frustration of driving to the store only to find them closed all day Tuesday and potentially losing business for the store.
