Shattered my phone screen completely. Parts of the screen were missing and was black and wouldn’t light up. I walked right up to the iRepair kiosk and the man working the counter was very friendly & sure he could fix it. A quick minutes later, my iPhone SE looked brand new and worked like a brand new phone. / experience. Great customer service; and an amazingly low price. I would definitely recommend and return to iRepair in Oakridge Mall for any future phone troubles.

These people have fixed multiple phones for me by now, and have always done a great job at a fair price and had it done when promised, all very much unlike some other places I have tried in the past. I really can't recommended them enough.

First and foremost, this guy (Araz - he is the owner and only repair person) is % honest. He doesn’t work on many apple products but he recommended an online service to get my data recovery - I was able to get my phone recovered for 1/4 of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. Also, and more importantly, we chatted for a long time about politics and he is genuinely a nice guy. I needed my windows laptop recovered as well and he told me to bring it in and he would DO IT FOR FREE. I can tell you this guy is legit and honest; highly recommend him.

MacBook Air , blown capacitor on logic board, wouldn’t charge/start. I live in Arkansas. I’ve had the dead computer for almost a year; no one in my area would even look at it. I took a chance and mailed it halfway across the country to complete strangers — KT Electronics. Mailed it on a Tuesday (USPS Flat rate boxes = MVP), they received it on Thursday, fixed it that same day. They also tested my battery, found it was foul and replaced it. KT sent it out next day on Friday. Received it on two business days later and it works like a charm. Text & email communications throughout the process with tracking numbers on shipment. Ended up being a logic board repair and battery replacement for an extremely fair price. TL;DR — Amazing customer service, fair pricing, and my computer now works perfectly. Next time, too, I’ll mail in my computer to KT from halfway across the country instead of trying anywhere near me! Overall great experience. Thank you KT! (And Google for helping me find KT)

I went in this morning to get my iPhone display screen fix fixed. It took about minutes which went by quickly. Syed worked super quickly and was very nice. Lifetime warranty is included in the cost so it is worth the money.

I cracked my moto g screen and had resigned myself to buying a whole new phone, but decided to give this place a try anyway. For a very reasonable price they fixed it good as new! Very fast turnaround time too: after waiting just a day for the part to arrive, he fixed it in just minutes. Truly a hidden gem and also a longtime San Jose local business! Would recommend :⁠-⁠)

This place is awesome, I came here expecting the same type of service as other electronics repair shops where they give you the run around knowing you are not "technologically literate". I came here with a broken Nexus 4, these guys explained the whole repair process and the delivered exactly what they promised. I must admit, i am not a tech guy, but these guy helped educate and even offered advice to protect my phone so i dont have to see them again (which is rare). I've taken two phones (iPhone and samsung) to get fixed, and both came out looking like new ! Pretty quick service, and great prices. I recently cracked my iPhone 7 screen and the touch was not working. I repaired my screen here for $ including the screen protector which is a nominal rate. Now the phone looks really good and doesn't seem as if it had issue. I highly recommend this place for phone repairs

Randall is a miracle worker! He can transform pretty much any amp to your liking within reason. Very knowledgeable and does very clean and reliable work.

I had to give this place a 5 star because they were so amazing. Tony Tran was helping me with my crack phone screen and he was so delightful and insightful. I'm sure he've seen many customers who were frustrated coming in with something broken or not working he was very patient and assuring that everything would be fine. Tony tram was so amazing my phone works good as new as if I've never cracked it. The whole process was so easy. I was able to go pick up my phone in a few hours they sent an email. This has been the most easiest insurance that I've dealt with before I will have to call them instead of my phone now it's so nice to just drop it off and know that you'll get it the same day.

I have never actually been to the store, but these guys are great. I broke my laptop screen and found them when looking for a replacement assembly of genuine apple parts. They had one in stock as the website stated, and they shipped it the exact same day. Screen was very well packaged and arrived perfectly intact and is working great. Their prices are reasonable after calling several places to repair my cracked iPad screen. Turnaround time was within a couple hours. Excellent service. I scheduled an appointment to have my iPhone 7 camera fixed. The attendant, Kyle, was very courteous explained to me their services and how long it the repair would take. I went back to pick up the phone and the camera was working like new. Great place to have your iphone fixed for a reasonable price and quick service.
