Best customer service ever. knew what I needed and had it in stock.

Open to the public- Everyone is nice here, varying levels of knowledge. At least they have the ability to move products around so you can order in from other locations. They sell wire off larger spools. There are plenty of tools available if you need something specific also.

Discrimination. Required me to stay outside in the cold rain because I don't wear a mask, which I have a medical exemption. Waiting while others were served in side, I was left in the rain. Some might say it was the the back of the bus policy. Edit: if the concerns are with the health of others mine was ignored. While most masks do to prevent the spread of a virus as small at the covid . Do your research, in addition N mask are not perfect but the best we have that protect the wearer and does not cause discrimination. If someone is concerned there are ways to protect yourself. Don't make others limit their health because concerned individuals won't protect themselves.
