Ive been coming here since the early s. The ppl are the same the service the same and I leave the same way today as Id leave in the 1st years, VERY HAPPY! From my days in college, I'd have to bring my bike in every 6 months, always scared itd cost me a fortune, but always happy to hear the actual cost. I druve past dozens of shops to bring my bike here and will continue to do just that.

Incredible Service. Keith and Chuck (The Bros) were very attentive to my needs. I had an absolute ball hanging with these guys. They really made me feel important. They took the time to help me trouble shoot and came up with a solution that saved me time and money. I would recommend anyone to this company. I cannot get over how clean and orderly the shop was. You guys are top notch.

My golf cart had a strange wheel wobble, so I called up Jake to see if he could help fix it. He made himself available within a day or 2 and was extremely helpful throughout the process. In the end, Jake completed the repair and got my golf cart running again. Thanks again, Jake!

We have been doing business with these folks from the very start. We had ceased to purchase from them (then Valley Bearing) for a period due to some problems but when John bought out the business and personally took the helm in the late 's (changing the name to Valley Chain and Gear), the entire philosophy and business model was turned around. Bud stopped by the shop where I was the supervisor in charge of purchasing the type of materials that Valley C&G vends and he convinced me to give them a shot. They went from being a supplier that we used as a last resort to our #1 source for all our bearing, chain, belt and various part needs. They are still in business and still using the same philosophy!

This company is truly outstanding. Their service is excellent, competent and they are extremely responsive. It might be hard to understand how one can get so excited about a company selling pumps, but I wish all companies were like McNamara. I would give 6 stars if I had that option.
