"Our company uses Code 3 Safety for CPR/First Aid and Fire Extinguisher Training for 12 consecutive years now. Both courses have been fabulous! The classes are easy to schedule and can be conveniently held at your place of business. All of the instructors are or were emergency first responders enabling them to provide a realistic approach as to how to handle an emergency and provide CPR and first aid help. Our instructor is usually Derek. He is clear, engaging, and knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor which makes the classes go by quickly and enjoyably. He has good awareness of attendees and will give breaks when he feels it is needed. I can't say enough good things about our experiences and Code 3 Safety’s hands on approach to learning. Thanks Derek!"

"From the beginning of our journey with Brain Balance, we felt supported and well cared for and those sentiments only grew as we moved through the program. The team of dedicated coaches were insightful and available, they created a safe and caring space for our daughter while she gained in strength and independence. We have both seen and felt a noticeable difference in our daughters behaviors and level of self confidence and will forever be thankful for the experience we had with Brain Balance. Thank you for everything!"

"my class with katy was amazing, she helped every single one of us individually and made sure we succeed. Going through this has made things so much easier for my future"

"My partner, who has a graduate level education, and was top of his class at all the (highly ranked) schools he attended, recently applied for a job here. He has a learning disability (similar to dyslexia), which has been an asset to him in his multiple years of tutoring, as it has helped him connect with students, overcome challenges, and develop new methods of teaching. He has been top-ranked as a tutor in past positions. As part of the interview process, he mentioned this (verbatim) to the hiring manager, and was told that: "We allow no extra time for testing to our students or teachers. Majority of our students are high-functioned, highly motivated and competitive, and top-rank students in class of their school... Strong subject knowledge to begin with, therefore, is a prerequisite in our class environment, and we expect candidates to demonstrate their performance." I am writing this here because it appears that C2 is of the belief that no one with a learning disability could be high-functioning, highly motivated, competitive, top-ranking or have strong subject matter knowledge. This is obviously false -- many people with learning disabilities have excelled and been all of these things. I post here for parents who are considering using C2 for their students. Apparently, if your child does have a learning disability, they will be presumed lesser for it."
