The best dumplings I’ve had, hands down! Super fresh- I tried the pork and basil (amazing combination!!!) and shrimp dumplings! The sauces complimented them so perfectly as well! The inside is very tiny, so seating may not be available, but it’s cozy and cute. The owner was very sweet as well! Definitely recommend this spot for a quick bite!!
Taiwanese beef noodles was very delicious. The broth is a darker brown and have a hearty beefy flavor to it. They added some extra herbs and spices such as salted vegetables and coriander to get another layer of flavor. Good amount of tender beef and vegetables. The pan fried dumplings were juicy despite being fried. Ingredients like shrimp was fresh.
Wow! Amazing fried dumplings. Great for a snack or a meal if you’re not too hungry. Very well balanced and delicate. Worth waiting the minutes they take to fry them. Only $7!
Came here on a slightly chilly night wanting any sort of soup and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and authenticity of everything we ordered. Service is friendly. There was no wait at 6:pm on a Sunday but it was definitely constantly full of patrons. The piping hot soup dumplings tasted really good. The filling fell apart a little bit so perhaps the texture isn't quite there but it was satisfying enough for me to promptly forget and go in for seconds. The fried rice was okay and we also tried their Mochi pumpkin cake. A perfect way to end dinner.
Such good food and came extremely hot and nicely packaged. Highly recommend the ribs, which basically melt in your mouth. The dumplings were delicious too! I’m eager to try the Philly cheesesteak egg roll, but it sells out quickly. Will definitely order again! You can order directly on their website
Wow! This place is so authentic Hong Kong style and every dish surprise us. The taste can compare to big dim sum restaurant. The Lady take our order is super nice & place is clean. Very happy finally have a place to serve food with their heart. Amazing, must try, highly recommend! :P
We ordered the peanut noodles, pork dumplings, fish soup, and fish ball soup all for just $--amazing value! The food tasted great, especially for the price. Very homestyle Chinese meal--we definitely enjoyed this on a cold night after arriving in NYC. The peanut noodles were good--it came with a lot and the sauce was flavorful though we do wish there was more of a peanut flavor. The pork dumplings tasted pretty authentic and home made. The filling was nicely seasoned! Could easily eat without any soy sauce. The fish soup tasted AMAZING. The flavor in the soup is something I crave every day now. The fish is very hard to eat, though, because of the amount of bones. The fish ball soup was had a pretty different flavor, but was good as well. Definitely not as strong as the fish soup.
AMAZING value! Wow! We ordered 4 things for just $ and everything tasted great. We got chive and port friend pork dumplings, spring rolls, chive pancake, and sweet & sour soup. We went right at opening time so everything was freshly made. Do wish the pan fried dumplings were crispy, as they were soft.
Great great great Dumplings. We had steamed with original flavor! Very tasty. And also coming back for the Braised pork chop with scallion over rice. Ok update! Went back for Pulled pork bao. They where great! And also the chicken wonton with sesame sauce hit the spot! I think it very single person should def try the Braised pork chop. It's the best thing I've ever had. Then the classic dumplings. Then after that, everything else is worth coming back for over and over again.....
The food and service here was amazing. We ordered the meat sauce lo mein and it was a very large amount of food for the price, and very tasty. The BBQ pork buns were also good, but my favorite was the scallion pancake. The dim sum itself was also very good. I will go here again for dim sum. /
Randomly walked by and decided to give this place a shot, and I am so glad I did. Very convenient self-order station and very clean and inviting environment. Delicious dimsum at an affordable price! Kinda a high end fast food dimsum vibe?? The soup dumpling in the individualized container was a little hard to eat- they got stuck and ripped, so needless to say they became more regular dumpling than soup dumpling. But tasty regardless! --- Edit: The flavors are dancing in my mouth! I will dream about the steamed dragon rice roll for a while 😋
This place is a hidden gem!. They have variety of choices and serve dim sums at night as well. Dim-sum is tasty and very authentic. Staffs are helpful and polite. We ordered the Peking duck is delicious and is good for two people. Will definitely be back.
The soupiest and tastiest dumplings. We loved the wide selection of dumplings available there. Not just soup but pan-fried too. There is a live counter which is fun to watch if you are seated beside it. The owner is friendly and checks in frequently. Alcohol is available. Family-friendly but also ideal for a quick meal of dumplings and a drink should you need a quick lunch. Not sure if the space above is available but the ground floor is currently open.
Excellent good! Great atmosphere and very authentic menu options. The staff were great and friendly. The location around has many attractions so it will be a great location for a date and hanging out etc. I recommend the fish - Braised Whole Fish w Chili Sauce Lotus root. Loved it!
Thought I wrote a review after first visit a few weeks ago...was blown away at the diversity and flavor combinations of dumplings. Went with a former coworker 2 night and loved the mackerel, Sichuan style trio, crab Rangoon, cucumber zucchini, truffle, and uni dumplings. Excellent mixed drinks,, chill ambience including bar area. Where Vera Wang at? Let's spread the word and help a small business. Enjoyed long conversation with owner Sophi tonight. Hard worker and humble person from what I gather..
The best customer service ever!!! The cashier at this place is amazing, very attentive to make sure you get the best experience possible, she is a jewel for this restaurant!!! The dumplings a super delicious and prices are very affordable. Definitely recommend.
This is a very decent place to get fried dumplings and fried buns for a very competitive price! chive and pork dumplings, 4 fried buns with a beverage for under bucks. The dumplings had a nice golden brown crust on the bottom, a bit crunchy and juicy when you eat it while it is still hot. The fried pork buns were so hot they were steaming the plastic container it came in. A bit of soy sauce and hot sauce (if it was available) would have made for a perfect combination. There are many other items available and these two are #1 and #2 respectively on their menu. These are their best sellers so they are must try items if you decide to grab a bite.
We were in the area and came across this hidden gem! My husband spotted it because he really loves dumplings, pierogies etc. He went for the trio platter which includes chicken, pork and potato/mushroom. The dumplings were amazing! They come with the classic sour cream dill dip and pickles. Will definitely go back 😍
GREAT little restaurant!! Casual little spot that serves up excellent Tibetan food. The momos were delicious and authentic, and the spicy sauce on the side really kicks them up a notch! The spicy potato appetizer was also really good.
Two of us shared three dishes, and spent most of the meal debating which was our favourite. The Diao Diao Noodles were sweet and savoury, with tomatoes, egg, and pork belly. We got hand pulled noodles, and they were wide and substantial. The dumplings were steaming fresh, and delicious dipped in a vinegary sauce. The crispy burger was the most unique, a thin dough pan fried and filled with juicy pork belly. There are a few tables and a few additional counter seats, so we ate in
